Guaranteed Roofing

Everything I read about how fantastic this business is was confirmed. They were utterly professional and top of the line. I solicited 3 bids from 3 top rated Angie's List roofers. This bid was in the middle in terms of price, but far and away the most detailed and professional. In addition, their guarantee was the best and most comprehensive, which is worth paying for up front. My roof was >4,000 square feet, complex, and steep. This didn't faze them at all (one of the other companies added additional charges for roof steepness and complexity). Also, our property is next to a nature preserve, so I was very concerned about avoiding any of the old roof going down the slope behind our house. Matthew Brown was extra attentive to this and they left a perfectly clean site. The new roof looks fantastic. There was a small leak after the first major rain, and they came out the next day and fixed it. Thus their statement that the roof is guaranteed was backed up. Really everything about this experience was tremendous. I think they can handle any roof and create a great looking outcome.

Jason responded to the request for a quote on a roof leak repair. He immediately saw the problem without even going up on the roof. The "boots" which are installed around the vent pipes were cracked. The leak in the upstairs room lined up exactly with one of the air vents. The same day, 2 technicians arrived and performed the repairs by replacing the boots, sealing the nails with silicone, and sealing the surrounding shingles. The whole job took about 75 minutes. They did a great job and showed me the original boots (which were never sealed properly when the house was constructed 13 years ago!). Although this was a small roof repair, I would recommend using their services again.

Very pleased with my new roof. Jason worked with me prior to getting the roof on to make sure he knew what we wanted. My wife and I were uncertain about the color. Jason gave us some ideas that he thought would work; we really appreciated this. We chose one of them and love how it looks. Everything was done when scheduled. The quality of the job was superb and it was all done in one day. My concerns were dealt with satisfactorily and professionally. For one, having three young children and a puppy, I was worried about nails in the yard. Jason and his guys went around 3 times with a magnetic roller to make sure they got any of them laying around. Two weeks later, we have yet to find any. My wife and I are looking into investing in fixer-upers. If needed, I would definitely call him to help us out. I highly recommend him.

Jason was the man! He returned my call within minutes of me leaving him a message. He was on time, friendly, thorough and did additional walk through of my roof without me asking. I bought the Angie's List deal for a roof inspection + $100 maintenance. I have a tudor style home with a very steep roof. Once Jason came out he informed me that the deal was for walkable roofs, but he'd do the best he could. He wound up getting to the entire roof ? on a very breezy day ? which was really impressive! He took pictures of everything, and explained any potential issues in great detail. Overall I was extremely impressed with Jason, and will be using Guaranteed Roofing in the future!

Very professional from start to finish. Worked with Jason exclusively. Helped us in the initial consultation going over the details of the parts of the installation and suggestions of different colors to match out house. Installation completed in one day. Roof looks fantastic and the crew did a great job cleaning up. Lawn looks like they weren't even there. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again in the future.

We were very happy with them. They came out and gave us a good estimate. They explained everything. They took pictures before and after the work. They took pictures of the damage and showed that to us and fixed it for us as well. They did a very good job and they showed up and they have a good place. It's just 2 days, a day and a half. They needed extra wood for the damage. They were very competitive; they were very good on pricing. We got the pictures of it and there's no leak. It's all good.

We couldn't be any happier with their professionalism and service. We got four quotes and they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. They did the entire job in one day with a large crew and didn't leave a single piece of shingle or nail behind.

Purchased roof inspection coupon from Angie's List for my elderly mom who complained of a roof leak. Communicated with Jason Grimes who took care of everything for me. I did not have to meet him at my mom's house. He went over there. Took pictures of the entire roof and emailed them to me, showing the damage. He gave me estimates for roof replacement and repair. I opted for repair which he performed for less than $500. Excellent service above and beyond expectations and a pleasure to do business with his company.

We were satisfied. They did a good job. What stood out is their punctuality. They did what they said they were going to do and did the job well.

Jason did a good job and did not charge us for things we didn't need. His prices were much more reasonable then another roofer we had used for years at our house (this is another house we purchased)

They made themselves available to me immediately after I purchased the deal. They were able to come when we could schedule it. They didn't make me wait at all. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The work that he did do has already made improvements. They were wonderful. I'm going to in fact use him for more work. He also gave me an estimate. I was very, very impressed with his work and with their professionalism. We're not having a terrible problem. But we do need to have some fine tuning done to the roof job that we had done maybe seven or eight years ago. So I'm going to get him back in to do some work around chimneys and flashing work and things like that. There was no pressure. It's a family business. The fellow that came out, has been involved in this business since she was young. So he has a lot of expertise and a good work ethic. They take pride in the name of their company and the work that they do. I was just very impressed.

Excellent..... When we finally determined the window leak was coming from the skylight, I was anxious to get them replaced. They were 20 years old. Jason and his crew did a great job, and there was very little debri inside the house. It was a pleasure working with Jason, I only wish I had called him sooner.

came and did caulking. workers came a day early, completed the work and then left without telling me what they had found or done. I called the office and easily got it straightened out.

Jason came by and thoroughly inspected our entire roof and caulked/performed minor repairs. He also provided photos and reviewed in detail with us. Our roof is 10 years old and had not been inspected before, we did have a few minor leakage points that Jason took care of. He recommended that the roof be checked/tuned up again in 2 years. We were so pleased with this service that we asked him to check out our rental property. We would highly recommend Jason as he is the real deal who is looking after clients best interests.
