Guaranteed Roofing

Team arrived on time and worked quickly, which was nice since there were people in the house experiencing the unavoidable racket. They moved our patio furniture and planters out of the way and put it all back when they were done. After the work was completed they did 2 or 3 passes around the yard, landscaping and sidewalks/patios with the magnet roller to get any stray nails plus they cleaned up all debris, including cleaning up the gravelly shingle-shedding with a blower. They sent us dozens of pictures of the roof as the work was in process and when it was done (because really - how often are any of us up on our own roofs?) Supervisor came back when everything was done and climbed up to check the work, the chimney, the skylights. Terrific attention to detail. Jason is a super nice guy and goes to great lengths to make sure his customers know exactly what their options are, and understand what they are getting (roofing technology 101, you might say). Pre - during and post project, he went above and beyond to make sure we were pleased with the product / service, and explained the other services his company offers (gutters, chimneys, etc) but without the slightest hint of sales pressure. If you need a new roof, or need some help with your existing one, I can't recommend this outfit highly enough.

After seeing the damage done to my roof this past Saturday, I looked up local roofers on Angie's List. Guaranteed Roofers had excellent reviews, so I contacted them. On Monday, Jason called me and I explained what had happened and that I was worried about further roof damage as we were expecting more rain in the second part of the week. He said that he would come out to my house by the next day and call me with an estimate. He called me on Tuesday with an estimate that was much lower than I was expecting and said that he would re-arrange his schedule to make the repairs before the rain came. On Wednesday, when I got home from work, the repairs were made, as promised. Jason and the company were wonderful to deal with and If I ever need their services again, I wouldn't think twice about calling them.

Aaron came out and was able to use the same piece that had blown off and he screwed it back down to the peak. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and went above & beyond what we asked him to do. He inspected things that we asked him to do, & he found a few little issues that he fixed while up there such as some loose shingles and areas that needed caulk. We appreciated him going the extra mile and were very happy with what he did. Jason called earlier, with a window of time that Aaron would be here, which was appreciated. We will definitely use them again.

We just got an estimate, we didn't get any work done from them. They were very professional. I liked everything they said. Their price was slightly higher than somebody I had used before. So I went with the company I had used before.

.Having read such positive reviews of this company ,we were 100% confident that they were the right choice. We were promptly contacted and met with Matthew Brown to ascertain which roofing product would be best for us. Compared to the roofer we used 25 years ago, this was quite the "high tech" experience. Matthew supplied aerial photos of our roof ( before and after.) We opted to go with the 3D architectural shingles with a lifetime warranty. The roofing team began at 8 A.M. and were finished before 4 P.M.. Several neighbors commented how impressed they were that the new roof was finished in one day. The roof looks great. The team was punctual and also cleaned up shingle debris extremely well. (During the process, Matthew even sent progress photos that we could view on our computer.) We are so glad we picked Guaranteed Roofing!

This is a followup to my March 2014 review. We are getting set to put our house on the market and called in a home inspector to make sure everything was caught before we list. We were so happy when the inspector asked who did our roof. He proceeded to say they did the job the way it should be done. We had no doubt before but this is confirmation that Guaranteed Roofing did the job the promised. We know the new owner will enjoy living with that knowledge.

I had a intermittent roof leak in my living room ceiling. The service rep was courteous and professional and explained that he didn't find any specific problem causing the leak. He sealed the sky light, roof vent and other areas he though could be the problem and explained that if the leak returned, more extensive repairs would be needed. He communicated the problems clearly and laid out a plan to get the problem fixed if it returned.

Guaranteed came out and gave us a very thorough estimate for our somewhat complicated roofing project. We ultimately went with another company, but it was a tough choice. We felt very confident in the estimate, which was detailed, thoughtful and complete. Everyone we talked to throughout the quoting process was friendly and professional, too. We had another very good quote that came in a few thousand cheaper, however.

diagnosed the problem, took pictures of entire roof so I could check condition. Very knowledgable. Roofer called a number of places to get as close to matching shingles as possible (originals were d/c). Very professional. Crew was prompt and professional

After we had a hail storm, I looked on Angie's List for a roofing contractor and saw what good reviews Guaranteed Roofing had. I talked to our insurance person and she said to call the roofing person of our choice to come take a look at it, I called and left a message with the number on this page for the owner Jason. The following day, Willie, the Project Manager called and scheduled an appointment to come out and take a look and see if we had any damage. As it turns out we did, he took pictures and suggested we call the insurance company and let them know, and he offered to come out when the insurance person came. About a week later, we called Willie with the information and we scheduled an appointment for him to come back out and schedule the day for the roof. We decided to go with a different color, and Willie agreed it would look wonderful. The day they were scheduled to come out, he sent me a text message at 6:00 am and said he and his crew would be here at 7:00. They worked to get it all done in one day ( we have a very large and rather steep roof) they were here 11 hours total. They did a spectacular job, it looks beautiful..... They were unbelievably easy to work with, we found Willie to be professional, and an all around good guy. I think they did a great job and I would highly recommend this company in a heartbeat!

Matthew Brown was extremely communicative, providing me with progress updates and photos throughout the entire experience Excellent workmanship. Cleanup was spotless. I was completely satisfied with the the entire experience.

All I can say is Guaranteed Roofing did an amazing job today on my roof, gutters and downspouts! We highly recommend these folks. They arrived at 6:00 am promptly and departed at 6:00 pm and BAM! the job was completed. They protected our landscaping, protected our windows with plywood cleaned up after themselves and left no trash behind. They even took pics of the job step by step throughout the day and emailed them to me today while I was at work! I am so very pleased with their work. I am loving the new demensional shingles and love the colour! We are very pleased and would hire them again for their services.

We would have this company in any future roofing. We were impressed from the beginning to the end. All personnel were responsive and professional. We were always kept in the loop by phone as to the dates and time the work would be installed.

Jason and his crew did an excellent job! We had a slate/clay roof that was at the end of it's life (~60 years old), so we had to replace it. The crew came out and removed the old tiles in a day, and then replaced the roof the next day. The siding on our dormers was also original to the house, so we replaced them as well. Overall, Jason and his crew were very professional and efficient. The roof looks great and I would definitely recommend this group for any roof repairs or replacements.

The weather kept delaying the start of the project, but when they did start, Matthew and his team were out first thing in the morning and did a great job. All trash and debris was removed as well. We even had a siding issue that they repaired after the job was already complete. I would hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

When it comes to roof replacement, everyone wants the best price, quality & careful install and hopefully done on time with a smile. Guaranteed Roofing is where they will meet all of these requirements. I had interviewed 4 other roofing companies before (through Angie's List) I was fortunate enough to meet Matthew Brown and his team. These guys are the "real deal"; all of the above plus professional, respectful, tidy and friendly. Admittedly, we were nervous knowing what a huge investment we were committing to but now, on the backside, we were so glad we went with Guaranteed Roofing. Our roof is beautiful!

Matthew Brown oversaw the operation from beginning to end. Everything was carried out as discussed in a timely manner. The site was left spotless, not one stray nail could be found. We were very pleased.

Purchased the deal offered on Angie's List by Guaranteed Roofing for a new roof up to 2,000 square feet that included tear off of old shingles, new 3D architectural shingles and all related products that go with a new roof. I also added in the replacement 6" gutters and downspouts. The old roof was 25 years old and it was time for a new roof before winter. Dealt directly with Jason Grimes and he came out to the house and inspected the roof and then went over in detail what they would do and showed me each of the various materials and systems they employ to insure a professional job. Very professional and knowledgeable and we had a very good discussion on the project and he answered all my questions. The roof was installed in one day and the gutters were installed the next week. Very pleased with the work and how the house looks now. The area around the house was cleaned up completely at the end of each day for the both the roof and gutters. This has been a positive experience and I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing. The deal offered via Angie's List by Guaranteed Roofing provided real savings on the project as well.

Awesome. Started at 6:30 AM and had the old roof peeled off by 7:30 AM. Work was done by mid-afternoon. Clean up was effective and professional. Jason came out himself to inspect and do another round of clean up. I would definitely recommend his team to anyone and would use them again.

I had some scheduling issues and all of that was resolved.

The company was responsive to inquiries and was quick to schedule, arrived on time, and left no mess. Based upon other estimates we received they were in line with other companies on price, but their service is what makes them stand out. They weren't the cheapest, but you usually get what you pay for and we were pleased. We're hoping to fully replace the roof in a few years and would use them for that job.

They just came and cleaned the fireplace. It went okay. About a month later, my roof leaked around the fireplace and I thought that those are some of the things they were supposed to check. I am not sure if I would use them again.

They stripped the old shingles and installed new shingles all in one day. This was followed by an independent gutter installer who was subcontracted. He also did an excellent job, in one day. Jason's prices were in line with the other quote I received. I would use this roofer again. He delivered what he promised and his whole organization was professional & top notch. .

We Just got our new roof yesterday. From start to finish their service was excellent. I did a lot of research and got handful of quotes before I chose Jason to get my re-roofing done. Jason is very professional and he knows his work thoroughly. His bid was reasonable and much less than what some other companies quoted for similar shingles and warranty. He made sure that I picked the right shingle that best suits my needs. They started in the morning and got the work done on time as they said. We were little concerned about the weather but Jason kept an eye on the radar and the weather worked in our favor though out the day. They cleaned up my yard and debris once they were done. No nails left anywhere around my house. I am very happy and satisfied about how the new roof has turned out. Jason and his crew are the best to work with and I highly recommend them.

Mike and David were on sit the day after i called and phoned to let me know exactly when they would arrive. The did the work just as promised and within an hour, as estimated. They felt the roof was generally in good shape (the roofing companies that you see all over the place would have told me the roof needed replacing now, I'm sure.) Very polite and friendly. I would call this company again for future work.
