Description of Work: From initial consultation to finished job,all went well.Jason(owner/estimater) was very informative,covered every aspect,and answered every concern.The crew he had do the job were hard working and paid attention to detail.When they were finished,you could not tell they had been here other than our beautiful new roof.Kudos to all at Guaranteed Roof!

Description of Work: Replaced roof, gutters, down spouts on entire house. great communication with us throughout entire process of bidding to actual work and also took pictures before, during and after. Also did a good job ensuring the yard was cleaned up after they left each day (one day for roof and 1 1/2 days for gutters). Highly recommend this company and our representative, Matthew Brown.

Description of Work: Project included removal/replacement of existing roofing shingles, replacement of all pipe-vent seals and chimney flashing. Additionally any loose or missing nails holding the gutters were replaced and or secured. The work was completed in two days and the area around the house protected and thoroughly cleaned when finished. Guaranteed Roofing professionals assisted with all the insurance requirements resulting in a smooth and expedited insurance claim and approval process. Guaranteed Roofing started on-time, worked a full schedule of hours until loss of daylight forced them to stop. Guaranteed Roofing provided consistent communications explaining the processes and exceeded the minimum requirements, even replacing a section of decking that had warped. Attention to detail and customer satisfaction are always at the front of everything they are doing. I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing.

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's list "deal" for $99, where inspection was included and $250 credit towards service. Should've known better. Of course the service quote was above and beyond my "credit". This despite the same exact service performed by another provider (arranged outside of AL) for $200 a few years ago.

Description of Work: Installed 70' of drip edge along south eaves of house. Price seemed a tad high, work was delayed a day due to other jobs, but it was done quickly and looks good. Solved a criticism by a home inspector and I'd certainly consider them again for roofing work.

Description of Work: Inspected and fixed minor issues on roof. Had a minor address mixup due to Angie's List but otherwise inspection and repair was just as expected.

Description of Work: Very pleasant transaction. Jeremy was easy to book with. He was very punctual and after doing his inspection had a full report of his finding at the time of the inspection. I was very pleased with the quality of the service and will use him in the future for annual inspections.

Description of Work: Their bid came within a few hundred dollars of a prior bid, but with less expensive shingles, so overall cost higher. However, I received a detailed bid, given a choice of materials, and found the "sales visit" low-pressure, clear on terms. Delayed roofing by a few days due to weather, but received updates about delays. Day of roofing the crew arrived early in the a.m., immediately set up, and by 8 pm we were visited by Jason for a final overview of the job and payment. A neighbor complimented us on the crew, as if we had anything to do with it! She was home all day and impressed with the number of men on the crew, and the focus on the job. We were too - great crew. We recommend.

Description of Work: Had them check my roof after some storm damage blew some shingles off. A friend replaced the missing shingles - but it was midwinter and I knew it needed to be re-done. Well checking the damage Willie informed me overall the roof was in decent shape (he didn't try to push a whole new roof on me), but that my chimney needed some work. I have been told this several times so I let them do the chimney and fix the patch. It was rescheduled a few times because of all the rain recently, but Willie stayed in contact the whole time and followed up after the job was complete.
