It went perfectly and was completed in one day. Jason at Guaranteed Roofing had helped me out a couple of times for storm damage to the roof of my mom's house. I found him with a top rating on Angie's List. He provided excellent service at a fair price. Recently, a door to door roofing contractor solicited my mom for a new roof due to additional storm damage this spring. Her homeowner's insurance approved a total replacement. I contacted the salesperson only to find that he had left the business. I talked to several roofing contractors who had various reviews with BBB and Angie's List. It was hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. I remembered my previous work with Jason at Guaranteed Roofing. He explained the offers from other roofers and what his company would do. I contracted Jason and Guaranteed Roofing and could not be happier. The upgraded shingles look beautiful on her home at the same price as the lower priced shingles.

We had some wind damage to our shutters and roof after a bad storm. The roof was in need of replacement as well as our shutters. Furthermore, we had a large leak from a gutter that was addressed as well. The staff were attentive, responsive, professional and prompt to respond. They were always honest and sent pictures of every stage of the process. Pricing was honest and competitive. Many companies bid over 10K more for the same job and materials. We are extremely happy with our new roof and couldn't be more grateful for the staff at Guaranteed Roofing!

I contacted owner, Jason Grimes, to get a bid on the work to be performed. I accepted their bid and they were able to schedule the work fairly quickly, in spite of being very busy with other jobs from a heavy spring windstorm damage workload. They coordinated the work with the time frame of my painter doing exterior painting work on the house. Guaranteed Roofing first pulled the old gutters and repaired/replaced fascia board work needed, getting the house ready for the painter. When the painting was completed, they quickly installed new, quality gutters, gutter covers and downspouts. They cleaned up well after the work was completed. The new gutters and downspouts work great and contributed to the good appearance of the house in getting it ready for sale. Guaranteed Roofing may not give you the lowest bid price-wise but they give you very good value for the high quality of the work performed. Kudos to Jason and his crew members.

I'm very picky when it comes to hiring someone to do work that I can't do. I've rehabbed several properties over the years and have become fairly knowledgeable about how a job should be done right. I explained to the sales person exactly what I wanted. I had some very specific directions. I'm happy to say that the crew did an excellent job. They brought all the materials that I specifically requested, and performed all the work exactly as I wanted. I couldn't ask for anything more. It was especially nice that the owner of the company was present at various times during the project and paid attention to detail the same as I was doing. Their pricing was competitive and communication with the staff was excellent. I'd highly recommend them.

Jason was prompt, knowledgeable, and extremely quick. He assessed the roof, documented his work and made helpful suggestions. This is the second time I've gone to Jason for my roofing needs, and I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

It took almost a year and lots of time on Willie Hursts part to get insurance to cover new roof damaged by hail. They did great job on roof and I'd highly recommend them.

They Googled Earthed our house to look at the roof and maybe did a drive by (not sure about the drive by since they came when we were not home so we couldn't ask questions or actually talk to anyone). Several days later they called and left a message that consisted of, "Yep, you need a new roof". There was no estimate in writing with prices on it or a detailed list of what we needed done. They seemed very disinterested in doing any kind of business with us which is unfortunate since we were very motivated to get our roof fixed.

The large crew arrived at 7:00 AM on the appointed day, moved deck furniture out of harm's way, covered landscaping and interior areas under skylights with tarps.? The tearoff was done before 10:00 and most of the job was done by 5:00PM.? The roofing crew had loaded all of the trash, cleaned off the decks with a leaf blower and swept the surrounding area with magnets by 5:30.? A crew of four remained to finish the carpentry work on the chimney surround until about 7:00 PM.? On the following day, a man returned to blow off some residual sawdust on the roof from the carpentry work, do some touch up painting, use a leaf blower on all of the deck spaces again and to check to see if we were satisfied (we were).? This company was not the lowest bidder for the job (although not too far off) but it has a good reputation and I was impressed with Jason Grimes' presentation, attention to detail and professional manner.? Since I'm a little old to be getting up on roofs anymore, he took pictures of anything he found that needed attention and showed them to me before the work was started.? If anything came up during the job (like the damaged sheathing), he again took pictures and showed me.? My wife also appreciated that he took off his shoes when he came inside to put down tarps or consult with us! ?

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. Definitely gave the vibe that they were there to do right by us. Never felt pressured or talked down to. Quickly made a few patches as needed and gave a very easy to understand description of one semi-major issue related to original builder's work. For the quoted work, they quoted $1600 to correctly repair a section of roofing that is damaged. We got two other estimates and they were in the middle, but because of how well they treated us, we will be using them to make the full repair next year. They were communicative and followed through on their times to show up and time to give us a quote. Highly satisfied!

This was done the way home services should be. The representative, Willie was top notch. He helped us pick the shingle color, came to the house with a sample of every component to be used and came through on all promises. He was there for the entire job and was the last to leave after a complete walk around of the property. I would recommend them without reservation.

Chimney is a concrete block structure, covered on the exterior and interior of the house with a faux limestone decorative rock. Chimney has been leaking on the inside around roof line, on and off for several years. Have had it caulked and patched several times, but with limited success at stopping the leaks. Leaking recently had gotten much worse. Used Angie's List to find a contractor. I only got one bid, which was from Guaranteed Roofing...so I cannot say for sure if the price was competitive, but it seemed reasonable, based on the work that needed done. Job was completed while I was out of town. It looked good when I got home. I wanted to wait until we had a good hard rain before submitting my review. Finally rained last night; over an 1 inch within 30 minutes and driving winds. No leaks at all, so I am quite satisfied with the work.

I did have to call back once to remind them to give me the initial estimate but besides that, it went great. Jason was responsive and delivered a written estimate with all work clearly laid out. I was billed what he stated in the estimate. The work took 2 days and occurred as scheduled. He stopped by in person to pick up payment and make sure I was happy. Offers a discount for cash too.

From the first meeting through discussions and eventual installation and final inspection, Matthew Brown was thoroughly professional and "on-the-job" every step of the way. He went out of his way to make sure we understood exactly what was to be done and were completely satisfied with the result. We were under some time constraints, since we had already contracted with another company to have solar panels installed, when it was revealed that our 33-year old roof was not suitable for the solar installation. The first meeting with Matthew until final inspection was less than two weeks! His quote was well below that of another company, yet I believe the installation was superior. The entire installation was completed in one day, with 11 installers on the job, yet with minimal disruption to our lives. They protected our lawn furniture and plants with coverings, hand-carried the debris to the dump truck instead of pushing it off the roof, and used various magnetic tools to make sure they got all the old nails from the yard. When they left at the end of the day, it was as if a new roof had magically appeared with little evidence that anyone had been here. Matthew and one worker came back on two successive days for final touch-up items (installation of the bottom valley deflectors,, straightening of the gutter leaf guards, and painting new chimney flashings). Matthew also shared rooftop pictures documenting every stage of the project, from tear-off to the final product. We couldn't be happier. The new roof was installed on Monday, the solar panels were installed last Wednesday.

We contacted several companies for roofing estimates. Some of whom NEVER bothered to call back. Willie called us within a day to schedule an estimate. He arrived on time and had materials to show us. Willie explained the material options and showed us colors. He also helped us select the right color shingle for our house by driving up and down our street to make note of the shingle colors we liked on other homes so we could then compare to his products! He didn't oversell or use pushy sales tactics, which we despise. The job was scheduled within a week and they arrived bright and early, on time, and with 7-8 guys to work. The roof was torn off, a small amount of decking replaced and all shingles replaced in one day. Prep and job site clean up were decent. Shrubs were covered and items which could have been damaged were moved (ie: grill, chairs, etc.). The workers were friendly and polite. A piece of trim was inadvertently damaged on the back side of the house and Jason made sure it was replaced and painted to our specifications. A custom builder in our neighborhood commented to us that we'd chosen high quality materials (Owens Corning duration 50 year shingles) and from his view it seemed that the guys did a good job. We've had the roof for a month now and had some very high winds (50-60 mph) - so far so good. We'd recommend Guaranteed to our friends and family. Guaranteed Roofing was somewhat higher than our other estimates, but...you usually get what you pay for.

The guys kept me posted on scheduling and repaired all of the damage within a short amount of time . I would definitely recommend! The cost was also reasonable and no surprises.

The roofer didn't show up or call to cancel.

I have gable vents in my home, but wanted to add ridge vents to improve energy conservation. Our roof is steeply pitched behind the chimney - it wasn't sealed well, and wanted to avoid possible leaks. The ridge vents look great, and the saddle is going to take care of any future leak problems. The saddle essentially diverts running rainwater away from the chimney. Everything was done very professionally. Aaron did 90% of the job himself. He is a great worker - very friendly and polite. I'm in management myself, and he's the exact type of employ I would want. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who has any roofing needs.

I received a call back within a few hours of purchasing the inspection coupon with repair credit. Jason met me at the house to inspect the damaged area (even in the drizzling rain) including taking and reviewing some digital photos of the problem areas not visible from the ground. He thoroughly explained the options for the repair work/materials and provided a detailed estimate for the work to be performed. He also left color samples for me to confirm the color selection prior to scheduling the job - this was very helpful to allow for selection of the best matching color in normal sunlight. Jason confirmed the plans 1 day in advance of the actually performing the work and did a great job with the overall repair. The whole process was professionally completed with high quality results.
