Description of Work: Inspected roof for potential damage. From ground, it appeared that shingles had fishmouthing. Roofers sealed all areas of concern and replaced shingles that were torn or missing. Price was a bit high for 1 hour of work, but job was well done

Description of Work: Guaranteed Roofing fully installed Hardieboard Fiber Cement siding on the front and back gables and upstairs dormer of our brick Cape Cod home. The owner, Jason Grimes, was very prompt and professional in arranging a visit and providing an estimate for the work to be performed. This was fully paid for by the Angie's List voucher I had purchased. They obtained the production of the necessary siding materials and scheduled the work within about a month's time. The siding was installed very professionally by the job crew. They also determined that some roofing flashing that needed repair/correction and completed this for me without any additional charge. The crew did a careful and complete cleanup job after they were finished. The siding looks great on the house and I am fully satisfied with the work completed and the value I received from Guaranteed Roofing. I will definitely use this company again.

+ -1 moreI contacted 3 roofers to provide estimates to "shingle over" the old roof shingles since there was only one layer of shingles on the roof. Jason Grimes, Guaranteed Roofing, was the only roofer that identified that the roof had hail and wind damage. He recommended that I contact my insurance company to verify his findings. The insurance inspector agreed that there was roof damage. Instead of a "shingle over" I received a complete "tear off" of the old roof and installation of a new roof. Jason not only did exactly what he said he'd do every time, he saved me a considerable amount of money by suggesting that I had an insurance claim, and his crew did an excellent job on the new roof they installed.
Description of Work: Complete tear off of old roof shingles, replacement of some damaged roof plywood, installed new roofing shingles, added new roof vents, replaced and repaired flashing on chimneys, electric poles, etc., and cleaned up the area after installation.

Initially it was more of an inspection to start with, so they charged me $75 for the inspection and then there was an estimate on repairing the roof. It is for a property I am looking to buy. They came out next day and were fairly responsive. They answered the phone. He answered his phone every time I called. It is one of the biggest things for me when I call a provider and they answer the phone.
Description of Work: I got a quote from Guaranteed Roofing last month. I am closing on a property, so we are waiting for the closing before we do anything. They did an inspection first and later provided an estimate for repairing the roof.

The material was placed on our driveway (at the exact spot requested by us). The correct shingles ( type and color) were delivered. The next morning the work was started at the time specified by Jason. The existing shingles were removed quickly and with minimum noise heard inside the house. Then the felt, ice shields, drip edges and new shingles were installed quickly and with minimum noise heard inside the house. Guaranteed Roofing thoroughly cleaned up our deck, yard and shrubs after the job - no nails were left on the ground. The work was finished a little ahead of the specified time. Jason was very professional, businesslike, courteous and flexible. After the job, Jason went over every bit of work that was done. There was no disturbance or inconvenience to us or our neighbors. Our new roof looks just great! We highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing.
Description of Work: Guaranteed Roofing provided an estimate to remove the existing shingles on our two-storey house and to install new shingles on the entire roof. An estimate was obtained from another roofing company also. The professionalism of Jason, the owner of Guaranteed Roofing, the confidence he instilled in us and his honesty left us with no doubt that Guaranteed Roofing was the right company to replace our roof. He also explained every detail of the work that would be done and the warranties that would be provided. He also went over what we needed to do before work started and during the work. In a couple of weeks Guaranteed Roofing started working on our roof. New shingles were installed on the entire roof and the entire job was completed in a day. Upgraded shingle-over ridge vents were installed along the entire lengths of the ridges. Closed valleys (gives the roof a better look than with aluminium valleys), drip edges, and ice & water shields were installed. Starter shingles were installed along the entire perimeter.
