went very well. he called right away to set up the appointment, very polite, professional. inspected and did some repairs. took pictures which he forwarded to me with his comments.

Jason Grimes came out and inspected the roof, took pictures of some damage and promptly emailed them to me, and cleaned out the gutters. Service was done well and no problems scheduling or contacting the company. Jason was professional and listened to all of our concerns and we feel he went the extra mile to make us satisfied. No complaints here at all!

Arrived on time, did the work advertised in the deal and a little more. Patiently answered my questions and provided all that I asked for and more.

I called Jason because he was highly rated on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. He first gave me advice over the phone and had me call back if I wanted him to make the repair. I received an estimate from someone who suggested I go through reparation to the tune of $800. I was not wild about what he suggested for the repairs and called Jason back. He repaired my roof and chimney the very next day! I felt I could trust Jason by how knowledgable he was over the phone. It was truly amazing how quickly he stepped up to the plate and I now have someone I can trust for advice and repair!

Jason was prompt, came out and sealed the roof. He took pictures of the work that needed to be done and the overall condition of the roof. We had several shingles that have been damaged by hail and some shingles that were broken. He informed us that the area of the missing shingle was part of a double layer of shingles was part of a double layer so we were in no immediate danger of a roof leak. He thought we might need to have a the roof replaced due to the amount of hail damage. His boss came out at a later date and checked the roof. He thought there was not enough damage for the insurance to pay for replacement. He left us his card and the message on the answering machine about his inspection However, he did not give us an estimate to repair the roof. I seem to remember he said on the message that Jason would give us the estimate. We never received the estimate from Jason. It appears that there was a miscommunication about who was responsible for our estimate. Later as I went to write this review, Jason said that they figured they had left us a card, and if we wanted the estimate we would have called them back. So I have a sealed roof with a missing shingle. Yes, they did do a good job at the offer advertised.

After I purchased the coupon from Angie's List, Mr Grimes contacted me to set up a time when he could inspect the roof. The first time got rained out but the second try, he arrived on time. We walked around the house and discussed the roof from the ground. He inspected all of the rooves on the house and did some caulking and minor repairs. It was a saisfying experience and I had no complaints. I am often concerned when purchasing the deals that the service company will be overwhelmed and do a hasty job. In this instance it was not the case/

Making the appointment was a meeter of a single phone call that was answered promptly. Arrived on time for the appointment Demonstrated problem and repaired flashing arond chimney (a leak was apparent from the attick) Showed where there wqas a crack in the skylight. Was able to explain how the skylight could easilty be replaced by the homeowner rather than a contractor. Upon completion, a neighbor saw the work that was performed and hired them to make some minor repairs to their porch roof.

Excellent work from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend G.R. to anyone and am very pleased with the work that was completed. Jason gave a really reasonable price and completed the job promptly like we wanted. We are still waiting on quotes from other companies that never even responded! Jason got right back to me, did an estimate on the spot (such a relief as other companies do not do this) and set the work date for soon after.

The job went well and I was impressed with Jason's attitude towards his work. Everything I was worried about was addressed to my satisfaction. My shingles are not hanging loose or popped up and my loose siding got fastened and areas around the roof were caulked. I am confident my house can weather the winter.

The work was done in a timely manner and the area was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend Guaranteed Roofing! From the owner, to his right hand man and the working crew, I was impressed. Again, a review of contractors on Angie's List led me to the right one. Jason Grimes (owner) is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He made me feel that my roof was his roof and he would take great care. Bryan Tuttle (right hand man) worked directly with my insurance agency for inspection, phone and paperwork. He is also friendly and knowledgeable. The crew was hardworking and did an excellent job! In the beginning, Jason told me that there would be no evidence that they had replaced my roof and the grounds would be cleaned. True. My only proof that they were here is my beautiful 30 year architectural roof.

Contacted the company that the Deal was with. We established a date for the service - and all was good. After mapping the directions to my home - the contractor wanted to cancel due to the distance he would have to drive. We were in agreement that this would be cancelled and he told me I would NOT be charged unless he sent you his work info. You charged MY C/C $179.00 = which I want refunded immediately. Thanks

Jason Grimes was excellent to work with from start to finish. He was very professional and thorough when presenting the estimate, encouraging me to go to his website and view his videos and look at options for my house. I was able to upload a picture of my house and try different products to see how my house would look. Jason provided the best explanation and best value for the dollar when compared to my other estimates. He dropped off samples and pointed out what he thought would work the best. Once we agreed to do the job, Jason was very organized and efficient in the scheduling process. Materials showed up, workers showed up on time and were very professional. The project manger, Dave was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He was also great to work with and was efficient. Tarps were used to cover bushes, plants, trees, etc. and patio furniture, grills, potted plants were moved to accommodate the tear off of old shingles and flashing. It took two and a half days to complete the job and I am very satisfied with the new roof and skylights. The roof is impressive and the process from start to finish was handled in a professional manner. Clean-up was excellent and all concerns were handled quickly and effectively. This company is local, has a great reputation, is the best price-value and would be my first choice if I were to re-roof another home. Thanks to Jason, Dave and their crew for outstanding customer service!

Jason provided excellent communication from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, prompt, and very pleasant to work with. The job was finished in one day, testimony to the skills of his crew. I watched the whole process and have 100% confidence in the quality of my roof & skylight installation. At the end of the day they thoroughly cleaned up the area. Overall - exceeded expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a crack in our roof and water was seeping into a wall. At this time, we just needed to have the crack caulked. Jason fixed not only the crack we knew of, but sealed a total of 5 areas on the roof at no additional charge. He was thorough, friendly and helped me to understand (through pictures) what he found and what he did. I also asked a number of questions about replacing the entire roof and I was satisfied with his answers. I know I will probably need to have a new roof installed in the next two years. Jason and Guaranteed Roofing will be my first call.

The work was performed efficiently and only took about three days in all. The workers and the owner were professional, courteous, and punctual. Everything went smoothly, and our yard and driveway were cleaned up completely after the work was done. Highly recommended!

My roof had been severely damaged from windstorms during the spring. I received three estimates but contacted Guaranteed Roofing after reading the reports on Angie's List. Jason (the owner) scheduled an appointment with me to look at the roof. He came as scheduled on time and checked out the roof. He gave me an estimate that was lower than the previous three that I had gotten (this was for upgraded shingles). He than explained in detail to me what would be involved in replacing the roof and the type of materials and warranties that were available. He took time and helped me to select the best color and materials that suited the style and color of my house. None of the other companies had done this as they just gave me a value estimate. I decided to go with Guaranteed Roofing at that moment and Jason promised to contact me soon to set the work appointment after reviewing their schedule. As promised I received the call to schedule work and have the materials delivered. The roofing materials were delivered in the specified location on the agreed upon date. Jason called me on the scheduled work day before the crew arrived to ensure I knew they were coming. Once the workers arrived they started immediately and were probably the hardest working crew I've ever seen. They worked the entire day and installed the new roof. There was no interruption or disturbance to me. Jason was there and I checked in with him periodically where he gave me status as the work progressed. They completed by late afternoon as promised. They also cleaned up the debris spottlessly and you could not even tell any work as been done. I was very pleased with the outcome and my roof is simply beautiful.

After getting several estimates, it came down to Guaranteed Roofing and one other company. Ultimately we decided to go with the other company, solely based on timing and a couple of other details. I have no doubt Jason and Guaranteed Roofing would have done an excellent job as well and I would recommend him to anyone for consideration.

We weren't sure if we had a new leak or if an old leak had not been repaired correctly. They gave us a free estimate. They were very professional and went the extra mile in giving me details and their quote was very reasonable.

Jason (Company Owner) was super to work with. Answered all our questions and kept continuous track of the process. Dave (Job Foreman) did a great job of supervising to make sure that nothing was damaged in the process of both removing and then replacing the shingles as well as being vigilant with clean up at the end of the day. The crew was fast, efficient and expert in replacing damaged sheeting and flashing. They finished my fairly complicated roof beginning to end in 2.5 days. The day after completing my job, Guaranteed Roofing did my brother-in-laws home. His roof was approximately the same size but a little less complicated. It was completed in 1.5 days in the same professional manner . We are both very pleased with the results, would use Guaranteed again and would not hesitate to recommend their service to others.

They were fine and they were very professional. I heavily considered going with them; there was just one vendor that I liked a little bit better. I would have had no problem whatsoever going with them. They did a very thorough job on the estimate. They were very responsive and they were out within a day.
