Guaranteed Roofing

It went well. They inspected the roof, re-glued a few shingles. There are no leaks. Roof is in decent condition.

Everything went very well. Jason was very patient as I tried to choose a color. He brought me many samples and gave me addresses of homes with certain roof colors on it. After several weeks, I chose my color. His crew was very polite and careful with all my flower beds and then used the magnets several times to get all the nails. Jason came a couple days later to inspect everything and answer all our questions. He was very good at always keeping us informed of what was going on and who would be at the house. We are very pleased with Guaranteed Roofing.

Jason, the owner, responded promptly, when we called to arrange a time for him to come out and give us a quote for our roofing replacement. He arrived promptly, was professional, knowledgable and curtious. We obtained two other quotes but decided to go with this company because we felt Jason was honest and knew more about roofing than other companies we had talked to. The work crew arrived at the time we were told to expect them, they laid out their materials, and got to work promptly. They were a crew of men who worked quickly, quietly and demonstrated respect for our home and neighbors. They worked a solid 12 hours to start and complete the job in one day. When they left our property, the only evidence of them being here was our beautiful new roof. Overall I would say we are completley satisfied with the job this roofing company did and we will definately recommend others to them.

Fine I guess. They indicated we had some hail damage -said that one entire side of our roof clearly had damage - they helped us call our insurance company to open a claim. The insurance company sent someone out to verify the damage and basically showed that each area of damage noted by the contractor was not supported by what he was seeing. I can understand that there can be a difference of opinion but the contractor offered no support of their assessment - nothing. No discussion, no pointing out what they saw - no comments at all. They did call back to offer to have the insurance person come out again but I did not see the point.

Purchased a Big deal for Guaranteed Roofing. There has been a lot of wind and we found a shingle on the ground. We just had new roof put on about 3 years ago. He went on the roof and found out that the person didn't do a good job on properly securing some shingles. He went over the complete roof and secured all the loose shingles and replaced the the shingle that came off. We are so thankful he came to look at our roof.

Jason and his crew are true professionals. From start to finish the communication and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. The guys finished a fairly large job in one full day and with the excellent clean up I can hardly tell they were here. No surprises at all. I highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing.

Jason gave me a call to set up the appointment and I got on his schedule right away. He was prompt and very friendly and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. I was very impressed with Jason's honesty. One of the issues that my house inspector had mentioned was that a large part of the roof over my porch was pulling away from the area where it came up against my second story. I really don't know anything about roofing and I thought this would be a fairly expensive repair. I was hoping that Jason could give me an estimate and I expected that I would have to schedule that repair for another time and then pay separately. I was blown away when I asked Jason about it and he said, "Oh, it's no problem. I already took care of it." He also estimated more years left on my roof than my inspector had said. I definitely trust Jason and will be very happy to have him provide regular maintenance for my roof. I also know that when he says it's time for a new roof, that will be true and it won't be just a sales ploy.

He took pictures of what he did. I purchased the shingles that he put on but he didn't leave the entire pack. I just figured he charged me for it and he should have left the shingles with me. He was a very nice guy and returned my calls though.

Service team arrived on Monday morning around 9 am. They surveyed the supplies that were dropped off on Friday afternoon. The supervisor requested that we move our cars and they walked us around the house and verified the satelliites on our roof so that they could be placed in the correct position after job was complete. The team began removing the shingles and bad boards which took approximately 2 hours. The team was comprised of about 10 to 12 men. As the shingles were removed part of the team was cleaning up the debri and loading into the dumpster. A supervisor was managing the job from start to finish. They completed their work around 5 pm. The cleanup was impeccable and my new roof is awesome!!! Great timely and superb quality job!!! I highly recommend this provider to anyone who needs new roofing.

Jason Grimes came and gave a quote for $8300. I got another quote afterwards that was higher. I noticed the competitor wrote up the quote for more squares of shingles than Jason's quote. When Jason came back, he admitted he'd made an error and forgotten to include part of the roof in his original quote. (To be fair to Jason, our house has an addition with a few odd sections of roof, so I think this was an honest and understandable error. It also explains why his quote had fewer squares of shingles. All in all, I take Jason at his word that he simply forgot to add in this one section of the roof in his quote.) The new quote was still quite reasonable and was still lower than the competitor's quote for a better quality roof. I appreciated his honesty and humility in admitting the error. The original work date got rained out, but they came back the next day. They got started early, worked diligently, and were done by about 6:00 PM. They cleaned up completely. The new roof looks good. I haven't found any nails or shingle parts in the yard. Jason met with me after the job, showed photos of the wood they had to replace and other parts of the job he'd said they would do, and made sure we were completely satisfied. We are completely satisfied and would fully recommend them.

I needed a roof replacement and used Angie's list to look for a reputable company. Guaranteed roofing's reviews and website were the most impressive to me. I dealt with Jason Grimes and was very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism, promptness and patience. The process from the first contact to the end of project was easier than I imagined it would be. The work performed was first rate and Jason was in contact with me often to keep me posted on the progress. He promised the tear off and replacement would most likely done in one day and he got it done. Clean up was spotless as you would never know anyone was on the property that day. Jason worked with me on a price we both felt was fair. He also performed some extra tasks and evaluation of the chimney cap at my request since I cannot get on the roof. He did some caulking on the cap and gave me some advice on it at no extra cost.. I can't thank Jason and his team enough for the way they performed. The only problem we had was me trying to decide on a shingle color and Jason was helpful and patient with that also. I will highly recommend Jason and his company to anyone I know considering roofing work.

We obtained quotes from several firmswe found on Angie's List. We chose Guaranteed Roofing and we are delighted by the results. Jason was completely professional, and his team was extremely competent. The workmanship was excellent and we are very pleased with the roof, skylights and the way his crew cleaned up the mess before they left. I haven't found a single nail :) The work took two days to complete, including removing the old layers, installing the new skylights and replacing the roof completely.

We had a date set but we had some weather issues so he got in touch with me and said you know, look, I know you need this done by whatever particular date, I promise you we will be there Friday, and sure enough, Friday morning, they showed up about 9 o'clock and those guys worked all day. They were at my house until 8:30 or 8:45 at night finishing it. It took a day, it was done. I was just super impressed. He gave me a five-year guarantee. He was right there in town. I wrote him a check so he gave me a little discount for tax which was cool. He was just a super great guy, was super professional. The price is great, they were nice and friendly.

I called to request appointment for detailed roof inspection for my new home purchase. The time/date for the inspection was booked for 2 days later pending seller's availability. Jason arrived on time and completed a thorough review of the entire roof and snapped photos of the issues that he identified. He provided a thorough and easy to understand briefing of the issues and recommendations on how the issues could be resolved. I plan to hire Jason to resolve the issues after close of the sale and will plan to continue with Guaranteed Roofing for any issues in the future.

Contractor contacted us to make appointment. Which I thought was nice. Kept appointment and did work as specified. He was to provide pictures of his work and roof condition but we had to follow after a couple of weeks to get those. Overall however, we were pleased.

Simple job so not a ton to tell. Evidently the pitch of my roof was more severe then what the Big Deal offered. He told me of this but we came to an agreement that he would complete my shingle work and general inspection while on site. I thought this was very cool of him for I would have no way of knowing what the official angle or pitch of my roof is.

Jason from Guaranteed Roofing came right out and did a fast and fair estimate of the roof for replacement. I already knew that I needed a new roof, and Jason made the process fast, easy, and affordable. Every thing was completed in a single day! I left for work in the morning, and when I got home, I had a beautiful new roof and the crew had cleaned up every scrap. Couldn't even tell that anyone had been in the yard! He inspected my roof, caulking where it needed and taking pictures to show me what is going on. Jason was patient answering any questions and explaining my roofing situation. We purchased the Big Deal for Guaranteed Roofing's inspection. Everything that was listed as part of "the deal" was exactly the service we received. The first appointment time was rescheduled due to poor weather & the second appointment time was worked around my schedule. Pictures of our roof & possible areas to watch for future problems was taken by Jason & later shared with me which is really a great feature! While Jason was on the roof he spot sealed any areas that looked like they needed attention. Really appreciated that Jason discussed with me any areas to keep a watch on rather than creating jobs that didn't need to be addressed now. He even reattached part of a gutter & had helpful suggestions concerning water drainage away from the foundation. Extremely happy with the whole process & will call on Guaranteed Roofing in the future for any work we may need done.

Jason came out and did the inspection at the scheduled time for the price quoted. He has even sent pictures of the problem areas for reference. He did a great job, I would recommend to anyone.

They arrived on time and worked quickly and effectively. Didn't try to push any unnecessary repairs on me. Fixed some minor issues with the roof, explained the condition it was in very well, and gave me an estimate on some work that will need done around the chimney in the next few years. Overall very happy with the experience.

I first contacted Guaranteed Roofing to do a Winter assessment on my roof. During the assessment, they found trouble areas including split shingles and topical water damage to the underlying wood and a number of other minor issues from a prior poorly done job. They were extremely responsive and punctual and very efficient with their time. I appreciated the timeliness of their response and follow up to my service needs. I very much appreciated Jason's attention to detail including taking pictures of the trouble spots and walking me through the assessment and short/long term impact. He completed a thorough estimate and came onsite to walk me through the final decisions before work was set to begin. He was extremely helpful in making these final decisions, keeping in mind my costs. Jason was extremely transparent and communicative, contacting me during each stage of the process, including purchase of materials and scheduling the on site work day. The job was set to take one full day and they were true to their word. The job was completed, and I was extremely satisfied. Jason was onsite throughout the day monitoring the installation and, at the end of the day, when the chimney cap didn't fit, Jason came back over the next day to purchase the correct size and install it. After installation, there were torrential rains. I noticed some runoff occurring with water pooling in my front flower bed. I contacted Jason and he was very responsive, coming onsite that very day to assess. He worked with me to install guides to ensure proper runoff. Jason also provided some verbal comments regarding updating my gutters/down spouts/etc., and I will definitely work with him on this project in 2013. The entire Guaranteed Roofing team was very courteous, respectful and helpful. I truly believe I received a quality product and have no doubt that if ever there are issues, I can contact Jason and be assured follow up. I truly enjoyed working with Jason and his team, and am thankful for his service, especially as a new homeowner.

Jason and his crew did a great job on a drip edge that I needed installed. I'm going to need a new roof sooner than later, and Jason gave me a quick estimate that was very competitive. His communication is top notch and will be definitely be using him for my new roof down the road.

Jason was very prompt, came out and inspected the gutters, flashing, and window. Immediately got his crew out to do the required work. Excellent company, excellent service and a company that can be trusted! It's great to know that you can always count on excellent service! Thanks!
