Guaranteed Roofing

Showed up at 7 with 12 guys and was finished at 2. Did great job of cleaning up and roof looks great.

They were very good. They were the nicest people. They were on time and they seemed very professional. The place looked like a hurricane hit it for a day or so and they just did their thing. They were very much on time and they let me know what they were doing. One man owns it and there’s one that does the sales mostly. They were both very nice. I chose the type of shingles I wanted. A neighbor told me about them.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. I don't know if I would use them again.

It went fine. I was not home.

Removed old roofing and replaced with new, installed new vents and new Velux skylight. They replaced damaged plywood as needed. I am very happy with our choice of Estate Gray for the shingles. They made sure the roof was done correctly, and they corrected the mistakes from the last roofer. The work was done in a timely manner from start to finish. The quality of the work done, and the professionalism could not have been better. I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional service. Patched nail holes in shingles and also around a rood vent that was improperly installed by another contractor.

The process went smoothly. Jason came by to look at the house and offered a quote. We discussed the options and signed the contract. As the repair proceeded on the day we set, additional problems were found after the old roof was removed. Jason provided me with the recommendation to repair and the cost. I accepted it and had it done. All went very well.

Jason with Guaranteed was the best price (thousands less than others with the same product), very reasonable and did a good job. I asked for a lot of extras that other companies wanted 5-10 times as much to cover, but Jason seems to have just tossed them in nearly at cost. For example, to replace a section of flashing, another company wanted $900 and Jason estimated the same work at $120. I did end up having a small problem later on and Jason's crew was out the very next day and fixed everything.

He was fine. I hate so say it this way, but it seems to be true, living where I live in northern Kentucky, people that come across the bridge often contractors that drive south of the bridge do not care for my neighborhood. They do not care for any of the neighborhood qualities and it stands out. I have had Angie’s List contractors like the gutter people that I had a year or two ago came right out and said that there are homeless people in the park across the way and looked like their skin was crawling. I was thinking I really do not need them so distracted by things like that because they cannot do their job. I know where I live. My neighborhood is not a bad neighborhood. It is just different. It is a historic German neighborhood. It is a mixture of apartment, historic homes, pubs, and small shops. It is called MainStrasse Village and I live across from a park. Like any other small neighborhood park, we have our challenges. Sometimes, people are very blunt about it. They say things like they have to charge more for Angie’s List people because they can go online, and they are just always so fussy, and that is what I got from the roof inspection gentleman that came. He caulked. He did a good job. The small leak I had stopped. He gave me good advice and said that I would probably be good for about a year. He was just going to do the back roof and it was going to be five grand. I can tell when people do not want to work here. They kind of just do not want to do it. So, that was the impression I got from the gentleman that came and did the roof inspection prior. Sometimes, we hear things like that, and I guess if they are rated well, they can afford to be kind of like that. I do not mind, but I just would not have hired him to do my roof. I did not pay more than the $149 big deal. That was exactly what it was, and he was helpful. I had warned him in advance that he needed a ladder larger than 32 feet to access the roof. He came prepared and it was fine that way. They came out probably two weeks after I purchased the big deal. That was probably my schedule causing that delay. Even, the other service provider that had been up there who had done some recent work like caulking did not say anything negative about it. I would not use them again in the future, but as I said, not everybody is cut out to cross the bridge. They want a suburb that looks like the suburb they are used to looking at, and mine has a different thing to offer.

This was a great company to work with. The price was literally thousands lower than what was quoted to me by the other companies I had come out to bid on my roof. On the day of installation a 20 plus man crew arrived and they operated like clock work. Every single worker knew exactly what to do and they finished my 6000 sq ft roof in one day. The original builders of my house had made some mistakes and had cut a few corners. These mistakes were all corrected by Jason's crew. After they were done they left the place absolutely spotless. When my wife got home from work that evening she said it looked like they were never even here, besides the fantastic looking new roof of course! I was worried that going with a lower quoted price than other companies I would get cheaper materials used, but everything Guaranteed Roofing used was top notch. I am really happy with the work done by this company and I would recommend them to anyone.

It went great! The crew was friendly and professional, and they did a great job, and the new roof looks great. We've very glad that we went with Bryan, Jason, and their crew. Would definitely recommend others do the same.

I got proposals from three firms that I found on Angie's List. Two of them were impressive, but Guaranteed Roofing's proposal included higher grade materials at a lower total price. The entire process went as smoothly as could be. Matthew was prompt and helpful when he visited to give me a proposal. I spoke with architect friends beforehand to make a checklist of features I should include in the work, such as location of ice shields, type of flashing, and so on. I didn't need Guaranteed to add a thing to their proposal. They were the only one of the three contractors that already included everything I was looking for. They called a couple days ahead of when materials would be delivered, which ensured that everything was on the driveway but out of my way. They called a few days after that, on the evening before doing the work, to let me know they were coming out. I checked on the progress of the work several times during the day, so I saw that the hidden work was done as properly as the part you can see. The entire project was finished in a single day with zero hassle to me, the work looks great, and I haven't found a single nail laying around the house.

Jason came out and inspected the roof and gave us a great detailed report on the roof and what we'd need to do to in the near future. He was very professional and very helpful. Even when I informed him that the current owners were having the roof fixed and we weren't going to need his services further, he was extremely professional and gave us some tips as well.

Jason and team were great to work with. He was out the same day that I called him to give me a bid. It was simple, and he had samples so we were able to nail down all of the details in one appt. Two weeks later his team came and did the work in one day. There worked hard, and were very clean. All of the work was done that was agreed upon, and the job looked great. We will recommend Jason and his team to anyone that needs similar work completed. Great job!! Jeff

When researching a new roof I contacted several highly rated companies based on Angie's List reviews. I ultimately choose Guaranteed Roofing based on price and professionalism. Jason was competitive with his pricing and very prompt with setting up an appointment. He contacted me the following day and came by that weekend upon my request. During that time he went through everything that would be done and showed examples of all the different materials that his team would be using. He also had many shingle samples to review. After a few weeks of narrowing down the shingle selections I was left with two options. I contacted Jason with the choices and he provided me with nearby houses he had completed so I could see them in person. They happened to be right next to each other which was very helpful. I was not present the day of the install but Jason's team completed the entire job within one day. There were no signs that anyone had been there aside from the bundle of shingles they had left behind in case repairs are needed in the future. I have not found any debris or nails in my yard. Jason then came by a few days later to walk through the completed job with me and make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing and would you use them again in the future.

My wife met with Matthew Brown from Guaranteed for the initial estimate and was impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We met with 4 other companies and Guaranteed impressed us the most and came in with a very competitive bid. The work crews completed all of the work in one week with very high quality workmanship. Matthew was very customer focused and wanted to make sure the job was done right and that we were satisfied with the complete project. The crews were very hardworking and seem to take pride in the work they did. We have already recommended them to our friends and family. We love the new look to our home and will enjoy it for many years to come.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It did not go well. He said that he would fix the leak when in fact, it was not fixed. He also said that he was gonna send me pictures of the roof and I never got any pictures. I ended up having to pay somebody else to come and fix the flashing around the roof and he said that it was an easy fix. They were punctual and easy to schedule an appointment. He was a nice guy, he just didn't follow through.

I would have to call him and find out when his guys come out to fix it, there's part of it that got a little buckle in it and I don't like what it looks, I need to send the guy out to repair it. It was kind of bad so I'll give them a little leeway and repair it. It was an insurance job.

Very well. He caulked some of the flashing on roof vents and reset nails that had caused shingles to lift up. Before starting work he showed me pictures of all the areas he found which needed service. The entire process took about one hour. After completing he incformed me that I did not need a new roof and he thought our roof was probably OK for about another 10 years.

They arrived at 7:30 a.m. with 10 - 12 men and were finished by 5 p.m. They came back the next and cleaned the gutters with tri sodium phosphate. It looks beautiful!!

They did a terrific job. Brian and Jason are very professional and they took care of all of the insurance paperwork. The work was completed on time and the crew spent hours cleaning up the lawn and surrounding area. I have recommended them to all of my friends and neighbors.

From the initial contact with Matthew Brown everything was extremely professional. He was on time, polite , well dressed and knew the answers to all of the questions we had about the process. He arrived with a folder of information for us and all of the information we needed to select the new shingles for our roof. IN his folder he had the insurance information for his company and the Workers Comp information we want to see from any company.The Terms and Conditions were very favorable. WE DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ANY MONEY UNTIL THE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO OUR SATISFACTION! That was very different from other companies we interviewed, who wanted at least half up front. Once we set the date for delivery of the materials to our house, they arrived exactly as promised on Friday and the work started exactly as promised on Monday. We originally thought the job would take only 1 day, but due to the number of layers of old shingles and size of our roof, plus skylights, it took 2 days. The crew worked very hard both days and cleaned up after each day very thoroughly. WE have two dogs and I was concerned about scraps and especially about stray nails around the house. THERE WERE NONE! The clean up was extraordinary. Matthew Brown was on the job site both days and he noticed details about appearance even before we did and took all the necessary steps to address the concerns such as buying touch up paint so that new flashing matched. It is the first time we have hired a company where they were as particular about things as my husband. He even made sure the inside of the skylights were finished off to look nice. I am a retired math teacher and I never believed in bonus points when I taught school. As a result none of my students could earn more than 100%. Matthew Brown, Guaranteed Roofing gets awarded the first A+ plus I have ever given.

I received a few bids from contractors here on Angie's List but I ultimately went with Guaranteed Roofing as I felt they had the best combination of products, service, and warranty. I met with Matthew Brown who was my primary contact throughout the job cycle. Matthew was very professional in all my contacts with him and very responsive in his follow up. As he had promised, they were able to get the roof replaced in less than a day and the gutters were replaced the following week. I'm extremely happy with the results and I would recommend Guaranteed Roofing to anyone looking to do work.

They did an excellent job. They showed up on time with a crew and performed the work very professionally and efficiently. They went above and beyond and even corrected an issue with my roof that was a result of a builder issue. It was caving in and he built it up so that you would be able to walk over it. He did an excellent job and cleaned up every single bit of debris. He even fixed and sealed a leak I had in a window. He even reattached a piece of vinyl siding. They were fantastic. Jason checked all of the work out after it was done and made sure everything was up to par and that there was no debris left over. I feel safe about being able to cut the grass without a bag on and also feel safe with my granddaughter playing the yard. If you are searching for an A contractor, this is who you should choose.

They did an excellent job. They got their promptly in the morning and began tearing the old roof off. As they encountered wood underneath that was rotten, they let me know and allowed me to purchase the boarding directly from Lowes (Jason, the owner, worked with me on this). After tearing off the old roof, they installed dimensional shingles. It took them 1 1/2 days to do the complete job which was great. Since this was an apartment building, I wanted to limit the inconvience to tenants. They had approximately 10 workers onsite to work on the job. After the roof was complete, they insured any debris / nails were picked up off the ground. In additional, a worker manned the front entrance to insure tenant safety and shingles they removed were all discarded on the back of the property since tenants walked in the front. Everyone was professional on the job and Jason, the owner, was great to work with.
