The repair seemed to have stopped a previous leak.

Very professional and punctual. Had to call them out a second time to patch a spot and was charged for that visit. Patch job should last a few years they said, roof is only 3 years old but they recommended some areas be redone since not done the best way which would cost about $3000, May do so in the future.

Great. He can correct the problem but we decided to delay that. He repaired the problem.

Squirrels had tunneled into a corner of my roof. I have a Tudor style home, so the repair was a little tricky. I took some pictures and sent them to Jason, who gave me a rough ballpark quote for the job. Will and his team showed up on time, explained what they had to do, and went to work (also complemented the home, which is always nice!). They went above and beyond to put something in place that would deter squirrels in the future, and even replaced some rotted wood in the same area. They also offered to paint the repaired area for me. All in all they were very friendly and did an awesome job. I'd highly recommend them, and will be calling them for a checkup in the spring.

Jason Grimes showed up on my doorstep at 8:32 am. Stated his name and discussed the reason for this visited. The house is 5 five years old and i never had anyone check on the conditions of the roof since that time. Jason explained what he will be looking for and what repairs he would be preforming if needed. It took him about 35 minutes, he took pictures of all areas of concerns and explained that i had hail and wind damage. Hammered down all loose nails and chalked that areas that was needed. Jason stated that if it was his house, the roof could last a couple more years before replacement is needed at its current state. I was advised to have the roof checked every spring as a precaution measures. Overall Mr Grimes was very professional in appearance and his work, would highly recommend to families and friends.

Contacted Jason Friday morning requesting home visit. He fit us in the same day to include full explanation of evaluation/estimate & repair. Outstanding craftsmanship & professionalism. Highly recommend Guaranteed Roofing.

A+++, Jason did exactly what I had asked him to do and more, took the initiative to pound in exposed nails. But the biggest thing, HE DID NOT TRY AND SELL ME ADDITIONAL SERVICES, he was honest and communicated very well. When it comes to replacing my roof, I will be calling Jason back, much appreciated

Very courteous and professional; didn't try to push any additional services. Punctual and left no mess. Explained to me everything he had done and his inspection after he was finished. Very positive overall experience.

Everything turned out well. The gentleman was courteous and timely, did a thorough job with the inspection, and was happy to provide helpful information about the roof's current state. I also liked that he was honest in his assessment and didn't try to scare us into buying a new roof. We were so impressed that we plan to use him for a roof replacement in the future.

It was money well spent. Made a temporary repair to a hole, which gives us more time to decide whether we need a new roof. Showed me pictures of a much needed repair to chimney, which will be getting done asap. Gave good information regardng roof wear and tear and when to replace, without any hard sell. He was professional, courteous and efficient. Cleaned up. I will use them again.

Scheduling was no issue and service provided arrived as scheduled. Providers were professional and efficient and eliminated leak as requested.

Matthew Brown was a pleasure to work with. He was informative and he worked hard to create a competitive bid for a quality product. I like the Owens Corning product they used. The crew was on time. The crew was able to adapt to the items that could not be seen at proposal time, and Matthew did a good job of communicating what they found and how they proposed to fix it. They used many pictures to show the roof before, during and after. Besides a well installed roof, the crew cleaned up after themselves. It paid to use Angie's list to find 3 roofers that had good ratings and get bids. I chose Guaranteed Roofing based on their proposed scope, materials and price (close, but not the lowest cost), and I was not disappointed.

Service was for 1 hour. Fixed about a dozen nail pops, repaired caulking and offered advice on any more work required.

Jason did a good job - fixed a gutter nail and unblocked a couple of downspouts I'd been struggling with for a while. Also did some other minor roof work, and provided us photos of the work done. Nice job Jason - I'll be sure to consider this company for future work.

First contact was prompt. I knew exactly when the person would be here within a couple of hour window. The service professional was here right on time. He did a thorough inspection and gave me very helpful information on the status/condition of my roof. He also provided an estimate (upon my request) for roof replacement which came with a pretty sizable rebate if we were to utilize them. Overall, I was very satisfied with this service!

Guaranteed Roofing's workman showed up about 15 minutes before the scheduled time-slot. We provided the shutters and hardware, and he installed them efficiently and securely onto a brick wall. He removed the old, broken wood shutters and hauled them away. Due to a misunderstanding (one of us had pre-paid for a "Big Deal" for this service via Angie's List; the other was unaware of the pre-payment), we wrote a check to the workman. A quick call to Guaranteed Roofing straightened things out, and the workman was back 10 minutes later to return the check. We were pleased with the quality of the work and would hire Guaranteed Roofing again for similar jobs.

This was my second time using the company, and it went just as well as the first. They charged a competitive price, the crew did a good job without leaving a mess, and it showed up on schedule.

They were early on the first job and squeezed me in to come back for the vents. They did a great job and helped me get ready for the inspection to sell my house. Very professional and friendly and worked overtime to get this done in time for me. The first trip was $69. The replacement vents was $225 which included the parts. I would definitely use them again!!

Not the lowest price of the 4 quotes but not the most expensive either; 2nd from the lowest but upgraded me to the Tru-Dimension shingles and synthetic underlayment instead of the Oakridge shingles and felt underlayment I was looking at. Very good communication with Matthew Brown of Guaranteed Roofing. He met with me on the morning on the day of the roof installation. Matt stayed with the project the entire day unless he had to go to other projects. Matt took pictures before, during and after the project. His on-site job foreman and crew were very professional. When I had occasion to go outside and observe their work, any questions I had were immediately answered. I think I may have asked them to go overboard a couple of times but they were always willing to go the extra mile to make the customer (and I have no roofing experience) happy. Sounded like they were putting 5 or 6 nails per shingle which, to me, is way better than 3. Their cleanup was phenomenal considering the number of roofing nails that must have been in the roof with 2 layers that had to be removed. The only thing I could find was 2 roofing nails on the ground and a very small piece of shingle. The tear off and installation lasted only one day. When Matt met with me during the morning of the roof installation, we went over the color palette for the gutters. While they could not match the color of the house, we did settle on a complementary color that would accent the house. The gutters were delivered that same afternoon so they would be available for the gutter team on the 2nd day of installation. The gutters were installed the following day. The installers (a team of 2) arrived a little after noon and proceeded to remove my existing gutters. They found about 24 feet of fascia board which was rotted (I figured as much since I had previous drainage problems) and they went out and purchased what they needed to replace the rotten boards. They replaced the rotten boards and installed the new gutters and downspouts. They were finished around 7pm (and after a really nice downpour of rain) which gave me a chance to ensure the gutters could handle the rain ... which it did. I am very, very pleased with the product and service that Matt Brown (and Guaranteed Roofing) provided. I would highly recommend to the friends and family.

Brian Tuttle was very professional from beginning to end! He payed close attention to details. The whole process was very glorious!
