JB with French Creek responded immediately to my request. He showed up the next day to assess the storm damage. He placed a felt patch on the area to prevent rain from further damage. He scheduled to repair within a few days. They did a fantastic job, and I would hire them again!

They were in and out in an hour and a half. Job done perfectly.

When the crew came out the roof was replaced in 1 day. Everyone has been professional, courteous, and prompt. I could not be happier with my decision to hire Platinum Exteriors

It was amazing! the quality of work and the speed of work and the professionalism were all top notch. It's looks great, its doing great and I'd highly recommended them to anybody.

Excellent, I was told a day and a time to start the job and I was not disappointed. Everyone was right on time. Once the crews started they worked very efficiently until the job was completed. Our new roof looks great!! It’s nice to hire a company and get everything exactly the way you were told. I highly recommend Platinum.

After being told it would take six weeks to get started we decide to place half down on the estimate. We called after the 7th week and contractor did not call back, we kept calling then in the eight week he returned out call and told us that he and his crew chief would be out the follow Monday (NO SHOW). So we called again for a week and he gave us a lame excuse. He promised to be out the next week again a NO SHOW. When we got in touch he said he made a business decision not to do our house to spring. This spring we tried to call James and all his phone have been turned off and where he was doing business looks to be abandon. I can not say that he is in business any longer the BBB now rates him as a F- and says he should be avoided,

Roof was installed in Oct. 2018 and at this point there has been no issue with it. They removed our gutter gutter guards and did not replace tjem. We had no idea they would be removed. We called and left message but they never returned call. When we tried contacting them again the phone number was not active. We finally got hold of Mr. Brooks in December. He said he was on vacation but they were having phone system problems and he would get hold of the office and talk to them. He also said he would get back with us as soon as he returned. As of today the business phone is still not active and his voicemail box is full.

Platinum Exteriors removed the rotted siding on my home and replaced it with James Hardie sidig. It comletely changed the look of my home and I couldn’t be happier. The job was done on time in accordance with the contracted timeline. Mr. Brooks made sure every aspect of the job was monitored and I was highly impressed with his attention to detail.

Have paid over $5,000.00 for a job that has not been completed. This has been going on since December of 2017. They were suppose to come and fix all the problems and finish the job as soon as cold weather was over, it is now end of September and they have never returned. Mr. Brooks is full of excuses and lies. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!

A-MAZ-ING! The difference is night and day. The neighbors have all commented how much they love the new look. Just fantastic!

Signed a contract for a new roof and gutters to be installed by Platinum. The job was not started or completed on time specified in the contract. Communication was poor and had to keep calling James Brooks (owner). He ended up hiring a subcontractor to do the gutters instead of his own crew. I paid in full at time of completion and got a final statement indicating the bill was paid in full with lien releases. Another company (Craft Construction) ended up filing a falsified lien on my property since Platinum evidently did not pay them. I had to hire a law firm to get the lien removed from my property. Mr. Brooks had also agreed to provide extra shingles and repair some damage that took place during the installation of the roof. He has never returned with the shingles or repaired the damage. It has been over three months since our last communication. It has been 11 months since signing the contract and some items were never finished plus I also had to pay the law firm for the lien release. I would never recommend Platinum and James Brooks for a job.

very bad work with damage to my dry wall ceiling and damage to my concrete driveway. work done in feb. & march. the driveway is still damaged and the owner says he does not have the money to do so. the owner is very disrespectfull to a veterian which he said he was a desert storm vet. the concrete driveway needs repair. thank you wendell nickell

Platinum recently added some additional insulation to my attic and the difference it has made is incredible! All of the staff and the installation crew was very professional and courteous!

My experience was terrible. They did an estimate for the work and I paid half the money up front on Sep.t 23rd. We scheduled the installation for Oct. 4th. I called the day before to confirm the time and said they couldn't do it. They said the salesman should not have told me that date. I have made 100 calls to them to try to reschedule and they have only returned my calls twice. It got to the point that I knew they were dodging my calls and I had family members call on my behalf so they would answer the phone. We scheduled the installation again for today, November 4th, and they have not showed up. They called me to try and reschedule again, and I told them that after the way I have been treated, I am not longer interested.

Josh & Joe showed as scheduled were very pleasant and skilled w/job. Did an exceptional job. Completed job w/great quality work.

Daniel & Joe were prompt introduced themselves, very nice & personable. They went to work & finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend.

Every employee that I came in contact in at Platinum Insulation was polite and professional and prompt. I highly recommend this company!

Crew got right to work, layed drop cloth for carpets, cleaned up the mess.
