Description of Work: The company was very responsive and able to set up a date for the estimate within 3 days. They came to my home and measured windows, provided samples of material and were very professional.Installation of 7 custom shades took less than 30 minutes. Quality of product is excellent. I have more windows that need done and will definitely call Budget Blinds back.

Description of Work: When removing the blinds to repaint a room in my home, my contractor broke a clip. I called the Mainville Budget Blinds office for a replacement part. The store owner was extrememly helpful in determing which clip needed to be replaced (via cell phone photo), and then shipped it the same day; without my having paid them. Very reliable and amazing customer service.
