+ -1 moreHe was not very professional. I went with him because he included in the price a repair of the hole. Instead, he put a plastic garbage bag in the hole and left it. He never completed the job. I had to contact him. He then refused to complete the job.

+ -1 moreTroy was super helpful every step of removing a family of squirrels from my attic. He gave me an assessment of the work needed and really knew his business. He explained everything so I could understand and answered all of my questions. He did everything he could to prevent a return issue by fixing some entry points. All of this at an extremely reasonable price! I would hire Troy again and recommend him to anyone else. He really helped this first time homeowner!

+ -1 moreOne of our tenants had an animal in the wall of her apartment. Troy investigated by going on the roof of the apartment building, where the suspected issue was found. He is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and polite. I feel he and his team went above and beyond to figure out what the problem could be and were very thorough. He was patient in explaining what was needed and stayed in close communication throughout the process. I would definitely call on this company again!
