+ 1 moreCalled American Plumbing Solutions in regards to not having hot water in the house for my 3 kids. Ricky took the call and was very courteous and responsive to my emergency. I can’t tell you how relieved I was being told he could be there same day. He called ahead to let me know when he was headed our way, and was spot on time. Diagnosed the issue being a failed thermostat that allowed the element to overheat and blow. Pricing was more than fair, and his swiftness of the repair was more than could be asked for being a busy household. Will refer to my family and friends without a doubt for any plumbing needs.
