They seemed like they knew what they were doing and were professional and knowledgeable. The work was nice.

Description of Work: I contacted Wirtzberger for an estimate on a detached garage. They were friendly, professional and highly proficient with their bid. We didn't end up building the garage, but when we do we will surely use Wirtzberger.

I was told that the job was to start on Monday May 14th. I came to the house on the 15th and discovered all of the mud and supplies were there but no work had been done. After talking to Ryan on the phone He apologized and assured me that the work would begin on the following Monday the 21st and that he was going to be there personally to supervise and get the work started. I said that would be fine and told him that I would be out of town but my phone would be on. It is now the 24th and I finally got a hold of him after 3 calls. He had come back out to the house while I was out of town and taken back all of the supplies. He said that he tried to call me but he did not leave a message. He said that he was still trying to find someone to do the work but he did not think that he could do it. I have lost a lot of time waiting for him and can not wait any longer. I would not recommend doing business with him or this company.
Description of Work: I hired Mr. Wirtzberger to finish the drywall in my house. I made it clear that I was in a big hurry to finish the work so that I could paint before the carpet showed up. He said it would take at least a week, maybe a couple of extra days. We agreed on a price that was quite high but there was some patch work and some odd seams that made the job more difficult.

WE REFUSED TO WORK FOR THE MEMBER BECAUSE HE DID NOT RETURN A SIGNED CONTRACT NOR DID HE GIVE US THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT TO START THE WORK. WE DID STOCK THE HOUSE IN GOOD FAITH, BUT AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO COLLECT THE DEPOSIT AND CONTRACT WE WERE FORCED TO REMOVE OUR MATERIALS FROM THE JOB SITE. COMMON SENSE WOULD TELL MOST CONSUMERS WE WOULD NOT TAKE THE TIME OR MONEY TO STOCK A JOB ONLY TO SPEND MORE TIME AND MONEY TO PICK IT UP WITHOUT DOING THE WORK. WE ARE A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS SINCE 1986. WE ALSO HAVE HUNDREDS OF REFERENCES TO PROVIDE UPON REQUEST.
