Lake Carpet & Mattress

They didn't have booties like most places I have worked with and this company did not. They didn't have anything to put on the floor either. They went upstairs to do the work. I paid extra for them to move the furniture out of the room. They didn't realize that they were suppose to move the furniture and I told them it was part of the deal. They put furniture in our master bathroom even after we told them not to due to the fact we had the floors redone and they put furniture in there anyway. When they came in to bring the new carpet in, the two of them when they were going to make the turn they knocked a vase of the mantle and a picture. The one guy reached out and grabbed the vase and said It don't look broken to me and put it back on the floor and walked back up the steps. They were taking the clothes out of the one bedroom in the closet so they could work in there and hung the clothes in the spare bathroom over the shower curtain. Then when they were cleaning up afterward they put the extra carpet in the bathroom where they had put the clothes and the extra weight pulled the curtain rod down and scratched the wall up. I would never use them again.
