Description of Work: We had frozen pipes when the wind chill last year was -45. He cam as soon as he finished a job and got the job done quickly. We had a bathroom leak a couple years ago and he was here fast and fixed it. We also had him fix a leak several years ago. We came home and our kitchen was flooded from an adjacent bathroom leak. He was there very fast and fixed it right away.

+ -1 moreThey're excellent. He's an all around plumber. He used to be in the building business but I think his practice is pretty well limited now to residential service. I couldn't give him a higher recommendation. We were putting in a new kitchen and this is an older house and some of the lines were really difficult but he is such a master that he got up in the joist and he could get into places where I was afraid to get to. I don't think there's too much that he doesn't do, maybe exterior drains I don't think he does, and septic work. He does great work. He's a superior craftsman. His work is excellent. His price is fair. There's just no downside. If there is a problem, he'll come back and fix it but we've never had a problem.
Description of Work: I use Ark Plumbing all the time. He plumbed in water lines. He also fixed and installed hot water heaters. He did a septic pump for me.

+ 1 moreHe is the plumber that we use all the time. If we had problem with our sump pump or whatever even in the middle of the night, he has come out. He is extremely honest. If he is running late, he will always tell me he is running late. Definitely, I would use him again in the future too.
Description of Work: ARK Plumbing replaced our sump pump this past Friday.
