+ -1 moreOver all they were pleasant , but, needs some procedure review for painting correctly. They were called back many times always came and corrected. They should look at their work after they are done to see any errors. Also need to do better prep work to apply paint. Remove dust and dirt before painting.
Description of Work: They were always on time. They always responded to all my complaints, some of which were obvious and should have been caught when they looked over their work . They did clean up after themselves. Very polite and willing to please. Leonard's crew painted upstairs hallway,stairway,foyer. Did some drywall patching as was needed with any well used hallway. Painted ceilings, but, did not remove ceiling fixtures, painted around them. Painted baseboards and doorway trim, apparently did not sand before painting. I had new carpet installed after painting where the carpet brushed against the baseboard the paint came off. Leonard did want to come back to fix the problem,but I refused,too many times coming back, also worried for my new carpet.
