Description of Work: I called TNT when we had an ant problem in our home, and they talked me into signing up for their Diamond Plan, which provides regularly scheduled treatments throughout the year. They offered a 5% savings for paying upfront, so I went ahead and paid $355 on my credit card and we set up our first treatment. The trouble was, the 2-hour timeframe we arranged came and went with no visit from TNT! I called to check out the situation and was told the technician couldn't make it out and I would have to re-schedule. So that's a little irritating after I had arranged my schedule to sit around waiting for them for 2 hours. I asked to cancel my plan and was transferred to Cindy, the owner's wife, who was pretty rude to me. She said the technician had tried calling me on both my phone numbers multiple times and couldn't get ahold of me. I knew that simply wasn't true, as I had had my cell phone by my side all day long, with no missed calls or messages. I asked her if they could send someone else out since I had already been waiting so long and she said no, so I asked to just cancel the account and she barked at me that they don't want customers like me anyways. So, if you are like me, and don't mind paying top dollar for services performed as promised, I probably wouldn't bother with TNT.

Description of Work: I bought an inspection for rodents. The technician confirmed that we had had mice. Since there were droppings all over an area in the basement, and my son had found a dead mouse in a trap, I wasn't surprised. What I wanted to know was how they were getting in. He looked outside, too, but didn't have any answers for us. But, he offered to sell a program where they would come back 3 times withint a month for $250 and lay traps or bait. I can do this for very little cost. They could also spray (for more money) in the basement and outside, but with asthma I sure didn't want chemicals. put down. So while this sounded good for an inspection, I didn't learn any more that will help me.

Description of Work: I only paid for an inspection, but he spent a good amount of time with us, explaining everything. He did give us the sales pitch every few minutes, but that's expected & he was not necessarily pushy. He confirmed my thoughts on our problem, which is what I wanted in the spection. We are definitely considering purchasing their services, after we review budget, of course!

Description of Work: I called TNT to help with removing squirrels and moles on our property. They do not perform that kind of work but gave me a recommendation for a wildlife removal company. The representative was very courteous and helpful.
