They were prompt and did what they were supposed to do. They were very polite and nice. They explained everything and we haven't seen an ant since.

Several weeks ago I saw the first carpenter bees of the year. They have been drilling holes in a privacy wall on my deck. It had been a long time since I'd had the whole house sprayed for bugs. The owner came out first to give me an estimate and answer questions. I didn't have to empty any cabinets. The technician sprayed the inside (basement and ground floor) and outside of my house, including a detached garage. He sprayed wide band around the house and even over the roof of my ranch house. Then he used a powder for the carpenter bees. It took less than an hour. He answered all my questions.

I searched Angie's List and saw the positive reports, so decided to give them a call to come out and review our problems. TNT came out that very day to see the issues we had with bees, wasps, etc. that were most problematic at our house. Dave advised us about the annual treatment program and that they were about to hit our neighborhood with a $20 off coupon, which he offered us in advance. We took him up on it, and 2 days later they were out to do the first service. On that day they sprayed and dusted all the eaves and outside perimeter of the house, as well as a wooden play-set. They also provided a through spray treatment along the baseboards and basement inside the house. The guy that came out (Doug, I believe) answered all of our questions about safety of product very confidently and thoroughly (we have two small children, so that was a concern). All in all very professional and very expedient. I am very pleased thus far. In the week since this first treatment, I can say the main problem of obnoxiously bad bees and wasps outside has gone away. I look forward to fall/winter when I can gage how well this program performs with the usual spiders and others looking for winter homes inside our house.

Job went very well and wasp were gone by next day. Representative was very thorough and professional. I couldn't have asked for a faster or smoother job. He let me know if wasps were still present after two days, to call him back which wasn't necessary.

The original plan was to just spray; when Eric arrived he say the infestation was advanced so he told me he would have to power spray the yard. He did this in a very thorough manner, explaining to me exactly what he was doing. He also showed the container to me (Cy-Kick).

It's been 1 month since the spraying and there is no sign of the carpenter bees (or any other bees/ wasps). We haven't seen any bugs in our finished and unfinished basement. We have very few spider webs on our deck, which really attracts the spiders. The whole staff was very courteous and professional. Dave explained the process well and was very thorough and did not rush. We have two cats and the spray was not harmful to them. We are very pleased with the service.

He offered their company's services, but also explained how to handle it myself if I wished. It would have been very easy for Dave to take advantage of my inexperience and fears. Instead, he was honest and helpful. I will certainly call them for any future needs.

Mike was prompt, courteous and honest about the yellow jackets and wasps in our immediate environment. He asked us to call if we ever had problems again.

Results should be evident within a few weeks.

I was stung twice in my yard. I called them because they removed a bees nest a few years ago. The technician removed the problem.

THE COMPANY WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD A GUARANTEE WITH THEIR APPLICATION WHERE THEY RETURNED WITHOUT FURTHER COST. WE ALSO HAD A PROBLEM WITH MOTHS IN OUR KITCHEN. THEY TOLD US WHAT TO USE OVER THE PHONE AND OUR PROBLEM WAS SOLVED WITHOUT ANY CHARGE.

MATT CAME OUT AND DID A GREAT JOB. HE EVEN SAW CARPENTER ANTS ON OUR NEIGHBOR'S TREE, AND SINCE SHE IS ALSO A CLIENT, THEY SPRAYED HER TREE WHILE HE WAS OUT. HE WORKED VERY WELL WITH HOW AND WHERE WE WANTED TREATMENT.
