I called TNT Exterminating Co. when Mike Shadoan of Radiant Windows removed rotting window frames and suggested an exterminating company as an option to remedy the infestation of carpenter ants. . Their representative came out within the hour to check the damage and assured me that they would be there before the window and frame were sealed, and would treat the problem. They did so and returned on March 21st for a follow-up. All employees were courteous, prompt and efficient. I have not seen any re-occurrence of the ants and were assured that TNT would return if I did. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend them.

They give us advance notice before the day they plan to come out. They leave a receipt on the door telling all the information of the service (type of chemicals, where they were sprayed, etc).

They were friendly and competent, provided a detailed written review of pest damage within a day, and typed the review quickly so that we could continue with the process of purchasing our new home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Overall, it wasn't a good experience.

There was a guy named Marlon, he is just phenomenal. He was here once last year and this year when he came, he knew exactly what to do. I’m afraid of snakes and he remembered that, and he just knew everything. He is a very pleasant guy.

They performed their initial application, I called them back because I saw a few more. They came back without hesitation. They were pleasant and professional.

TNT called to remind me that we have a service due that is part of our contract. And they would like to set up an appointment. I called them back and set up the appointment. They were careful to work around my schedule and the rain. The service man was prompt and is familiar with my home. He made sure that I didn't have any new concerns. Had some ants one time in the kitchen area. Asked the size of the ants etc. Put some special gel treatment in this area of the kitchen. I will be renewing my service for next year.

TNT was very responsive and very professional. They have returned to do extra treatments to handle carpenter ants as rain finally left. I recommended them to a friend for bee treatment and he used them.

I found carpenter ants while doing some repair work on the trim around the garage. I called them as soon as I found it, they came right out that day while I still had the wood down and sprayed inside so I could finish my repairs that day. They then set up a time to treat the rest of the house.

After a couple days of battling a few ants near our pet food, we woke up this morning to an ant parade in our kitchen, so I had my husband call TNT based on the recommendations here. Dave came out the same day to do an inspection, looked thoroughly around the outside and inside of our home to find any potential problems, and informed me that for about $200 (or slightly less with the coupon on their website) they could do a full spray outside, plus some targeted gel baits that would take care of all them. However, he actually suggested that in this case we might be best served by simply buying a gallon of the spray at a hardware store and spraying the perimeter ourselves - that ours was not a major infestation, and we could save a few bucks by doing that. He didn't pressure me either way, simply provided me the information, including advice on safety (for our children & pets). He was extremely punctual, friendly, and informative. I may not hire them to spray for ants, now that I know what I do, but I'm absolutely certain to call them the next time we have a pest problem and will recommend them to others - honesty goes a long way!

They have always been wonderful. I have used them for 30 years. I have an annual contract with them. They charge $388 for coming out four times a year and for any work in between. They are very reasonable for the work done by them. I pay them upfront for the maintenance work. They call me when they have to come out and spray the outside and inside. I started using them for ant problem. I called them thrice before they got it under control. They come out immediately if I see any ants. You can call them as many times as you need them. I don?t have to be at home when they come out to spray the outsides. I haven?t had any real issues for several years. I?ll definitely use them again in the future.

Both the office and field staff at TNT were knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. The exterminator who came out to the house sprayed the outside of our foundation and dusted some areas in our entryway for carpenter ants. The treatment was successful the first time, although they said the price included additional treatments if necessary.

We haven?t had any problems inside the house so they are spraying the outside and the garage but if we want them to spray inside they would do. I simply chose not to do the inside because I have a dog. They spray the outside and put a barrier to keep any of the bugs out that might want to crawl in and so far we haven?t had any so they seem to do a good job. They call and make an appointment before they show up. They always arrive on time. Their price is a little high but I?m satisfied with their work.

I love this company and always use them. We are planning to move in the next month and already have our diamond service appointment scheduled for there. The receptionist is always friendly when she calls to set up our scheduled spray. She always asks if we need them to come inside the house or not. I do not normally have them spray inside so I do not even have to be home when they come which is wonderful. Since we have the diamond plan, anytime I see a problem such as wasps on the deck or ants in our play area I can call and they will spray free of charge. I know that eventually you can hit a limit for this, but I've had them come four extra times in a year before and they have not charged me once. I have also saved "samples" to give to the technician so he knows what problems we are having. I am not a bug expert and the technician is so polite when he thanks me for the "present" and proceeds to tell me how he is going to spray to get rid of the problem. I have an infant and they are careful in how they spray. When I was pregnant they were willing to schedule my quarterly sprays at a time when I would not be there just to be safe...not because what they do is harmful, but because I asked them to. I recommend these folks to anyone looking for a pest control company to do maintenance. They are a local, small business with a great reputation. They are patient, honest, and don't charge an arm and a leg for great service.
