RESERVE IRRIGATION INC

2 sprinklers went bad in last two years. 2 valves (with solenoids) also went bad in past two years. bare black pipes are now seen up the surface in atleat 4 places throughout the yard. It was subcontracted so i can't directly deal with this guy. Will never hire him again.

What a terrible experience it has been working with this company! After giving them a second chance to improve their customer service, they still do not put value into it. I specifically scheduled an orientation with owner, Bob Diersing, who failed to appear. He, instead, sent Sean, the new guy on the team with little or no residential experience whatsoever (self professed). I stated that it was unacceptable that Bob did not keep his commitment and I was not interested in receiving service from no one other than him. Sean called Bob and he came 15-20 minutes later. It was a good thing he did because we had sprinkler heads that did not pop up. Sean stated there weren't any there; Bob dug them up. I later scheduled an appt to have a pipe repaired. Our ground has shifted and cracked the water line. My appt was for the AM and at 10:30 am, I called to inquire about the status. Sean told me he'd there in 2 hours. I told him that was a problem because my appt was for the AM and if he already knew at 10:30 that he couldn't make that commitment, the least he could have done was call me. I then called Bob and canceled my appt. for the day and told him that I was no longer interested in retaining his business. The frustration and lack of customer service is too much to tolerate.

The company does not schedule appointments, only fits you in when they can come. I requested that the answering service add a note to my service call that the technicians call me 30 minutes prior to their visit so I wouldn't have to sit home on a Saturday waiting all day for them. I also requested some extra time so that we can learn about the new system, we recently bought our house and didn't know anything about how the system worked. I not only did not get a call but the technicians advised that they were on a tight schedule and could not spend much time with us. The technicians, however, we very nice and polite and although they spent a few minutes discussing the system, advised that we visit the website to download the instruction manual. The whole procedure took less than 15 minutes.
