Rick was on time each time he was expected (I work so time is very important to me). He kept me informed when he would be there and what would be done. Very good customer service. Would definitely use him again! I don't know mcuh about pricing, but it was a bit expensive for me, but I had no choice. I asked about a senior discount, but evidently the company doesn't do honor that.. Disappointed in that respect. I'm 72 on SS and I work 4 days a week so money is tight. Won't be doing any home repairs the rest of the year.

It was easy to work with Rick. The work was started and finished on schedule.

Friendly explained what they were going to do and then did it! Small leak appeared they cam back and fixed it no extra charge

I wouldn't normally give 5.0, but these guys are awesome!! By far, the best contractor I've EVER hired for anything. They were honest, respectful, helpful - I can't begin to describe how good of a job they did. Rick and his team are outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rick gave us several options to a somewhat complex problem we were having. He explained everything thoroughly and gave us a fair quote. He completed the project on time and on budget. Very professional and would recommend to anyone looking for waterproofing or gutter install/repair.

I must have called at least 7 different waterproofing companies (seriously) and was told I needed the most extreme (and expensive) solution by most of them. Further, some of these solutions wouldn't have solved the root of the problem. When I finally found Rick at Precision Waterproofing, I was relieved because he saw the project through my eyes and proposed the best solution for my specific situation. I was also quoted the same solution by another company (popular on home advisor), but it was nearly three times the price!! Any ways, thank you Rick! I'll definitely give you a call for my next wet basement (hopefully not the same property!).
