 + -1 moreI had to cancel my service with them after complaints about our driveway being covered with fertilizer were ignored. Subsequent feedings following the original complaint left us with a driveway full of fertilizer. In each case I needed at least 15 minutes to clear the drive to prevent us tracking it into our home.

 + -1 moreThey responded quickly and are reasonably priced. They were very professional and punctual. I am very satisfied so far and would recommend their service.
Description of Work: The company contacted me in a timely fashion, came out and made a recommendation for lawn fertilization. They left a quote at the house and then called to follow up. They thoroughly explained the services and offered pricing by the treatment or yearly which is less expensive. They will come out to treat any problems that come up with the lawn between treatments. If I'm not satisfied with the results after a treatment, I simply need to call them to discuss and they will address the problem.

 + -1 moreOverall my lawn looks very nice. If there is any type of problem they will come out and take care of it right away. I have had several comments from people saying how nice my grass looks.
Description of Work: Had Kapp's Lawn Specialists over the last several years to take care of my lawn. I tried doing it myself with no success. The price for a 6 Step program for 2006 is $183.00. The service renews from year to year. You can modify the program.

 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY IS POLITE AND NOT ASSERTIVE ABOUT SERVICE ''ADD-ONS''. I DO APPRECIATE THE INFORMATION, BUT ALSO THAT THEY DO NOT TRY TO OVERRIDE MY REQUESTS. I HAVE A MODERATELY LARGE LAWN, PRICING IS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: KAPPS HAS PERFORMED FERTILIZATION AND TREATMENT FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THERE HAD BEEN SOME YEARS THAT I TRIED ANOTHER SERVICE, BUT RETURNED TO THIS COMPANY. MY LAWN GENERALLY HAS RESPONDED WELL. I DID EXPERIENCE SOME BROWN SPOTS; BUT HAD NOT MENTIONED IT TO THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I DID MENTION IT WHEN I CALLED ABOUT OTHER INFORMATION. THERE WAS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALL(NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE) THAT WEEK, AND THE SPOTS BEGAN GROWING IN. THE REPRESENTATIVE STATED THAT I SHOULD HAVE INFORMED THEM SOONER AND TO ALWAYS CALL IF ADDITIONAL TREATMENTS ARE NEEDED.
