+ -1 moreTHE EXPERIENCES I HAD AT THIS BRANCH HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL. THE STAFF IS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WILLING TO ASSIST. IF THEY ARE UNSURE OF THE ANSWER THEY RESEARCH AND GET BACK TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY PROFESSIONAL ATMOSPHERE. I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BANK THERE BECAUSE OF THE GREAT SERVICE.
Description of Work: THE SERVICES PROVIDED AT THIS BANK ARE OUTSTANDING. I RECEIVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL THE TELLERS, PARTICULARLY JOE AND REGINA. LALETTA CISTRUNK IS THE PERSONAL BANKING SPECIALIST AND SHE IS ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP ME WHEN I NEEDED TO OPEN AN ADDITIONAL BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I DIDN'T HAVE EVERYTHING I NEEDED BUT SHE HELPED ME GATHER NEEDED DOCUMENTS AND MADE THE PROCESS VERY EASY.

+ -1 moreIt took several phone calls and letters to get them to honor their 30-day warranty for new carpet installations. I would not use them again, as they 'sold' us on the 30 day 'try it out' guarantee and then they acted like they didn't know what we were talking about when we tried to use the guarantee.
Description of Work: They removed old carpet and the padding. They installed new carpet and padding. They removed the old carpet to the curb.

+ -1 moreDID A GREAT JOB, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT, POLITE, AND METICULOUS. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING PRIOR TO BEGINNING THE JOB. WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

+ -1 more'BUBBLES' DISCOVERED IN FLOORING AFTER INSTALLATION. INSTALLERS CAME OUT TWICE TO FIX. AREAS OF FLOORING CUT TO RELEASE AIR FROM 'BUBBLES' POORLY CLEANED AND ADHERED. CUT AREAS NOW COLLECTING DIRT AND REOPENING. UNSIGHTLY. SOME AREAS AGAINST WALL NOT CAULKED. SOME AREAS POORLY CUT AND LEAVING GAPS BETWEEN FLOORING AND WALL/MOLDING.
Description of Work: INSTALLED VINYL FLOORING IN KITCHEN, BATHROOM AND FOYER OVER EXISTING FLOORING.
