We were very pleased. They didn't waste any time or anything like that. It went over very well. I think there were about six people here. It worked out very well.

They're good. We were very happy with them. The owner was with his crew the whole time. Everything we wanted different, they would do for us. I thought they were a little expensive but after checking around, I guess it was pretty much the going rate. The thing that I liked about them is that if there was a little something that I wanted done or they may have missed, they went right back and did it right before they left.

Ray's went over and beyond what was expected and his team was friendly to deal with. We will use them again and again.

Excellent experience. Ray very responsive. Arrived well on time, amazing as roads a mess after snowstorm. Got straight down to work. Place beautifully clean after about 6 hrs with 4 guys. Ray also fixed a broken wire in floating ceiling as a surprise. The guys he came with were very nice. He also pointed out 2 places where it looked like there had been mice. They bring their own cleaning supplies. Great team. Would definitely hire again. We did some of the cleaning out ourselves to reduce the cost which was originally $1250 plus Ray gave me 10% Angieslist discount. To be honest if I had used another company like Servpro it would have been much more expensive. Ray does whole house and garage cleaning. Definitely a POH experience.

Ray is a total professional and cares about his work and what he's doing. He first walked me through every part of the house and what he'd like to do and made suggestions as to what would be best. The primary job was to get a house that was pretty filthy cleaned up to be put on sale. He arrived with nine guys in his crew and cleaned the entire house in one day. Looks fantastic. Could not be happier.

Ray and his crew did an absolutely phenomenal job deep cleaning and reorganizing my 85-year-old father's 2400 sf ranch. He arrived on time, with a large crew of about 6-7 men, ladders, buckets and all equipment. They spent 1-1/2 days working at the house. That house hasn't been deep-cleaned in the 20 years since my parents moved in, and has had minimal surface cleaning since my mom died nearly 10 years ago. They cleaned absolutely everything: they moved all furniture, and even all appliances; cleaned under and behind everything; hand washed all walls (to the point a friend came in and asked if the walls had been painted!) and wiped down ceilings and skylight wells; vacuumed -- including doing one room THREE times, because there was so much dust caught in the fibers; and washed all light fixtures so the house looked brighter than it has in years. They also moved lots of furniture to help me set up rooms in a different way. They bagged up and hauled out everything we pointed out to them, but always asked before throwing out anything else. They cleaned the garage, washing walls (massive cobwebs!) and scrubbing the floor; and reorganized the garage so that it not only looks good, but it can now hold two cars. And then they hauled a massive amount of trash to the curb (if needed, Ray can make arrangements to have the trash hauled away, as well). I was very impressed by Ray's knowledge of home repairs, his generous spirit (he ran out to the store to pick up replacement fluorescent bulbs and light covers, and bought lunch for his crew), and his excellent managerial skills in keeping his team busy and on task. His crew is very hard working, there's no wasted time or slacking off, and they are amazingly careful with everything they handle. I couldn't believe the amount of really hard work they did, without ever damaging a single thing. Most of all, I was so impressed by, and so grateful for, the kindness and respect everyone on the team showed to both me, and my (sometimes difficult) father. Ray and his entire team were friendly, courteous and thoughtful in all their interactions. His work is not cheap, but it is without a doubt worth every single penny. I would hire him again in a heartbeat for any serious clean up.

We have been using Ray's Cleaning Service for several years now (for various cleaning projects) and each and every time we have received excellent service. For example, every few years I like to get the basement professionally cleaned and Ray's team is always, professional, thorough and extremely pleasant. Of course, the main point of this review is to point out the quality of the work, which is always great; yet, it is also a pleasure to work with Ray and the members of his team. The windows and doors were sparkling clean.

Ray arrived on time with his crew. He did an excellent job of cleaning and went out of his way to do extras such as changing light bulbs and repairing the dryer hose which was found to have a hole. I was very pleased with the job he did and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

My basement and garage were a huge mess, but they did everything! Ray and his crew brought in a dumpster to throw things away as they cleaned and organized. They even scrubbed and removed cobb webbs for me. They cleaned so well! it was amazing. I was so happy. Ray came with a big crew and they were all so nice and sweet. They tossed a lot of junk for me but if there was anything they thought that I might want to keep they would come up and ask me. When they were done Ray came up and told me to call some people to get my furnace checked now that it can be accessed. But he had already cleaned out the screen for me. It goes on and on! he was so kind and helpful. The second day they were here he had a crew of 9 here to get the garage and basement cleaned and scrubbed. It was wonderful. I am so glad I now have access to my basement and garage!

Ray and crew were fantastic! They cleaned places I would never have been able to do such as lighting from a 2 story foyer, basement, crawl spaces and the 6 garage spaces. We had construction dirt from remodeling bathrooms and refinishing floors and they were meticulous! We could never have moved into the house as scheduled if not for Ray's help.

Ray is wonderful to work with. He fit me into his very busy schedule. The job they did in the first floor full bath was nothing short of a miracle. I can't even describe how disgusting the bathroom was after tenants moved out. It looked like they cleaned car parts in the bathroom. The bathtub, sink/vanity, and toilet, and floor were all covered in disgusting black grime and grease. I was afraid to touch anything. After Ray and his crew were done, the bathroom was sparkling clean and white! They did such an amazing job, that my family thought I had actually replaced the toilet and resurfaced the tub. The whole house was fabulous from top to bottom! I could have never done it on my own.

I was among the homeowners in northeast Cleveland hit by the epic rains of July 20. Five inches or so of water backed up into my basement and left a bacteria-laden film after it drained. I contemplated cleaning up the mess myself but didn't really know where to start or even how to do it properly. After weeks of procrastinating, I found Ray's Cleaning Service on Angie's List. Ray responded quickly to my call and arrived with a crew of several burly and hard-working men and, equally important, the right equipment. In about three hours they had the job done. It was not cheap, but it was worth every penny.

The job went very well and I couldn't be happier. Ray was very responsive to my calls. He came and surveyed my basement one day and sent me an estimate over e-mail. We then scheduled the 2 day job. Ray and his crew were very professional. They were punctual each day. Along the way of the tear out, Ray provided advice as to what to do, what should stay, what should go and how to alleviate future basement related problems. They they vacuumed really good throughout the ceiling and got into the nooks and crannies where mice may go. As you can imagine, the tear out was a pretty nasty job dealing with rodent droppings, etc, but they did it all with no mess left over from the tear out. On the day of the cleaning, Ray's crew washed all floor surfaces, wall surfaces, ceiling and vent work, appliances, window wells, and the air/furnace unit. Ray even performed extra jobs of sealing my laundry room area floor and also cleaning out a crawlspace in an upstairs bedroom. The job went as planned and the total cost was the amount of the estimate provided. I would definitely use Ray's Cleaning again.

It went fabulous, beyond all expectations. Ray was great to work with, very easy to get a hold of and communicate with. His crew was polite and efficient. We're very happy with the work they did...the appliances are like new, the crawlspace is immaculate, some of the walls we were considering painting won't be painted, outdoor light fixtures are debugged and sparkly.... Ray walked us through the house and explained everything they did. He also explained and gave advice for things about the house that we were unfamiliar with (e.g. septic system and generator). His quote for the job was thorough and detailed, and he charged us what he quoted. I anticipate calling him annually for at least the window cleaning, and I've already recommended him to family and friends.

Returned 3rd call to him (3 days). Did show up on time and provided estimate on time. Had crew of 6 in there as quickly as his and our schedule allowed. Did a good thorough job from what we could tell. No complaints from neighbors or condo management. Only and biggest complaint: DID NOT HONOR ANGIE'S LIST COUPON !!!!!! For a measley, snivelly, whiney $20 this guy lost future business and a good review.

I wanted to have the entire house spotless. Ray brought in a crew that tackled every nook and cranny in this house. His workers were very professional and friendly. They spread out through out the house and worked efficiently. Ray brought all his own equipment, cleaning supplies, and rags. An added plus was that Ray cleaned my Silhouette window blinds using an air compressor. His bill was less than another service quoted just to clean the 12 Silhouette blinds.

Not much to tell. He left me a message the next day with the price. Although I didn't use his service, for what it's worth, I felt he would do a good job. I just couldn't afford it.

After our initial phone contact, Ray came over within a couple of days and provided a reasonable quote. He and his crew came exactly on time on the agreed date. They wasted no time in getting set up. Ray kept me informed throughout the process and invited me to look over and approve each area including behind the stove and refrigerator. There was only one small missed spot and that was promptly taken care of. His crew was very efficient and got along well with each other. The job was finished in short order (Ray supervised and was involved hands on). They arrived at 8:30 am and were gone well before noon. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray's Cleaning to anyone.

A little expensive but excellent work. They cleaned areas I didn't know existed and places I would never have thought to ask. A very tough job just doing the floor and walls, and without a doubt the most thorough result I could have hoped for.

It went well, all in all it was good, there were a few spots that didn't come out and were all point out to me.

This was the second time I used his services because I know he does great work! He cleaned my basement and garage last year and it was a perfect job. Today he re-did basement work since I needed some more cleaning due to pet issues. He arrived on time, did the work perfectly, and was very reasonably priced for the expected work. Ray and his employees are always careful about the house and care about your property as if it was your own. I was able to work out details with him in advance so that he could begin the work when I wasn't home. It definitely made my life easier! Keep up the great work Ray! I will continue to refer you to others!

Ray was great. He came over on a Saturday to see what the job was. I had his quote by Monday. He even rescheduled some of his work in order to fit me in quickly since I had an issue with mice in the basement. He had wonderful suggestions. They came over a couple of weeks before the job and pulled out the boxes so that I could go through them to decide what was to be kept and what was to throw out. On the day of the job, his crew came and started right away. Most of the basement was cleared in no time. Everyone worked together and worked hard. All were very pleasant. All was done by 4 pm. The basement and garage look great and smell clean. They cleaned up after themselves. No messes for me to finish up. Very accommodating. I could not be happier.

It went beautifully! We needed to have our home ready to show to sell or lease. We didn't expect to sell, but we had it leased within 2 weeks. Our realtor was very impressed with the results. It was expensive but WELL worth the money!

I was very satisfied with the quality of work, the punctuality, and the professionalism of Ray and his staff. They were polite, competent, and understood that they were in someone's home. I would use Ray again and recommend him to my friends.
