Description of Work: Whole house DEEP cleaning including appliances abused by previous tenant. Deep cleaning of tile floor surfaces suffering from breeding/training of 11 puppies by previous tenant. Carpet/pad removal and both a bleach and biological treatment applied before a final deep slab cleaning. Crew noticed things that needed to be cleaned before I did. These guys were remarkable. Wish I had known about them 8-10 years ago. On-time and on-budget. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I contacted Ray because he has such a good reputation on Angie's List. It goes without saying, he has earned the good reputation. From the first time I sent an e-mail until after he performed the services, it was A+ all the way. We are renovating a house that we recently purchased. There was a LOT of construction dust - everywhere. And, we have very high ceilings - and wood beams. All were vacuumed - I could not believe that the ceiling and beams could actually look different after being cleaned, but they did! His crew was top notch. After we complete the renovation, I will have them back to do a "move in" cleaning (my term - not sure what proper term is). I know when we are ready to move in, the house will be ready for us - thanks to Ray and his crew! Highly recommended!

Perfect job
Description of Work: We asked Ray (in person) to clean our old candelabra which had a great deal of cut-glass dangles. He and another guy were here about one or two hours and did a fantastic job. We've never had the candelabra look so clean, sparkly, etc. I'm glad to know he and his folks do other stuff. I'll use him for many other things that great handimen do! david smith

Description of Work: Ray did what he quoted which was a whole house deep cleaning, plus a few extra items. We have a fairly large home, 4000 sq. ft. He also works on the job with his crew. Had a 7 man crew the first day , and came back with a few less the next day. He asked 4-5 different times if we had any issues that needed cared for. They did a good job including the windows which are very large. He is a nice person to deal with and knows what has to be done. Would use him again.

Description of Work: 10/11/2011 I contacted Ray and he indicated that he was very busy, but he would get back with me. I am a recent transplant patient and wanted my home thoroughly cleaned before returning to my home. Ray never got back with me.

I wanted to let customers know that i can,t please everyone but i feel that i always give at least 110 %. I was contacted by Member on fri but never got the message till monday. She called my cell on monday and said that she left me a message on fri and i told her i went out of town and didn,t get a chance to pick up my messages.She said no problem she need to get her house cleaned asap because she was coming home from the hospital and needed it done . I told her that i was about 3 or 4 weeks away from having an open date and offered her names of other companies that might be able to help her sooner than i could. She took the names and several days later called me again and said that the companies that i gave her were unable to do it as quick as she needed it done. It took me 2 days to get back to her but when i did i she told me that she was able to get someone and thanked me for the return call, i told her if i could be of help in the future please let me know and she thanked me and we said goodbye. I don,t know what this report is that she filed and nor did she tell me when we were on the phone that she was unhappy with the response time. I am a small company and i am the only one that makes and returns calls and i work with my guys on the jobs so sometimes i get backed up but i tell people that if you want to get a hold of me to contact my cell i state that in my voicemail sorry that she was unhappy with my response time but she should of brought that to my attention when talking to me.
