it went great, ray and crew were timely and thorough. i had another appointment and wasnt there to meet them. ray & crew worked unsupervised (by me) for the majority of the appointment. very pleased with their work.

Wonderful! They were on time and worked diligently the whole time they were here. Ray was with his crew constantly checking to make sure everything that needed to be done was completed. Very professional . I feel totally confident that the house is ready for when my husband returns from the hospital. They went above and beyond what was expected.

Ray was very prompt in providing an estimate for services. He had a cancellation and was able to move up the cleaning by two weeks. Importantly, he is on site with his crew. He and his crew arrived early and did an excellent job. They moved the junk out and after cleaning arranged everything in the workshop nicely. I would definitely hire him again.

I was am extremely please with how it went. Ray and his team were very prompt and very professional. The house is immaculate and was shinning when they were finished. Ray took care of everything he said he would and than some.

Since we only had a few days before we were moving in, I looked up providers online and picked Ray based on the reviews. Ray was able to schedule me in for that week, which took so much stress off my plate! Ray and his team showed up right on the dot, and got to work quickly. He walked me through the basement and pointed out what he would do, including changing out all the dim bulbs for brighter ones, which made a huge difference in the space. They also carried out a lot of junk the previous owners had left behind, including breaking down a splintering wooden work bench that was too big to move through the door. He and his crew were polite and friendly. They got the job done in around 4 hours and got the basement sparkling clean. No cobwebs, mud, mystery stains, or dead bugs! I love how my basement looks and I am no longer grossed out by walking downstairs! My husband was blown away when he saw it that evening. I have only lived in new construction up until this point and I don't think I've ever had a cleaner basement - something I never thought I'd say about this place!

Ray's Cleaning did a superb job. Ray was so professional in giving us an estimate and setting up the date. He explained exactly what he was going to do in cleaning the grime, dust, cobwebs, etc. from our garage and basement and power washing the brick and stone of our front entrance. He and his crew arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything we asked (and even a few additional things) thoroughly. We strongly recommend Ray's Cleaning.

They were punctual and went to work immediately. Ray himself was here too. They cleaned things I wasn't sure could be cleaned. I have one small complaint. Ray's team of workers talked and laughed very loudly almost the whole time. I do believe they were working while they did that, and they were very nice. Despite their loud, raucous laughter, I would hire them again. The basement almost sparkles. They worked very hard and left me with a clean basement.

Well but the windows old have been cleaned a little better. Areas were missed some streaking on some of the windows

Ray and his team were fantastic. Ray was extremely responsive to all our phone calls and conducted business in a completely honest and professional way. Ray was able to adjust, without complaint, the originally requested tasks based on some changes we needed to make. He was also proactive in seeing and taking care of issues that we did not see and/or request but things that he saw needed to be done in order to do a thorough job. The house looked amazing when he was done; his pride in his work and his business show through in every detail. He arrived on the day promised and completed the job in the timeframe stated. He stayed true to his quote and we felt his price was very fair. We will not hesitate to use Ray again in the future for any jobs like this that we may need and we will strongly recommend Ray to any family or friends who require this type of service.

Ray is amazing. He is extremely professional. And goes beyond what any house cleaning company would offer. As he looked over my home he missed nothing.

It was amazingly clean. He even cleaned the garage and I swear you could eat off the garage floor.

Ray an his crew cleaned 25 years of dirt from my basement and wine cellar. They were all very efficient and courteous. Ray even heavy moved some heavy items I no longer wanted to the garage so I could put out with next week's trash. The area cleaned is absolutely sparkling.

We are very pleased with the work done. Our old and unfinished basement needed what we would refer to as an industrial type cleaning. The attic with all of it dust, dirt and cobwebs was also more than we wanted to take on. Ray and his team did a fantastic job -- even did some extra things that he noticed while doing the job. They arrived early and worked efficiently -- and a very polite team.

Ray arrived bright and early on cleaning day (He even adjusted his schedule so the restaurant could open as planned.) We walked through the building and reviewed the work to be done then he immediately went to work. I had hoped to have all the other projects in the restaurant completed before cleaning day but someone needed to be called back and Ray had to work around this crew. Ray still did an outstanding job. He had all the equipment to reach the pipes and ductwork in the ceiling, he cleaned mirrors and glass shelving 10 to 12 feet off the ground. He dusted and vacuumed walls all the way down to the floor and cleaned the Windows inside and out. The last thing he did was to throughly wash months of dirt and grit off the floor. When Ray and his team were finished the restaurant sparkled! The $2200. we paid for the day's work was high but I could not have done the work myself with out tall ladders and industrial vacuums and floor cleaners therefore I think it was well worth it.

Ray was a pleasure to work with. He provided me with an accurate estimate and helpful advice. He was prompt in getting the job scheduled, arrived on time with a crew, and kept me updated on the progress. He was sensitive to my situation and understood the unique circumstances of cleaning out a basement that had been cluttered and neglected for quite some time. I was greatly satisfied with the job he and his crew completed. I highly recommend Ray for any deep cleaning needs...you won't regret it!

Ray and his crew did a fantastic job. I could never have accomplished myself what they were able to do. They were very thorough and extremely responsive to my requests. They were willing to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I really appreciated their work and their professionalism.

I called multiple companies to have our foyer light cleaned. Ray was by FAR the most responsive. He was able to quickly provide an estimate for the work, by viewing a photo of the light which I sent via text---great service. Ray went the extra mile in suggesting that they change the bulbs in the light while they were cleaning the fixture. He told me exactly what to have on hand to make the change. He also volunteered to clean the ledge, and included it in the price--I hadn't even thought to ask that. Ray and his teammate were on time, professional, courteous, exceptionally patient with my young children (who loved seeing the ladder), and did a great job. Our foyer never looked better. We will absolutely call him again for similar cleaning needs, and will recommend to friends and neighbors. I gave a B for price, only because he was a bit higher than the other estimate we received. However, the efficiency and professionalism Ray's Cleaning provided are worth the difference. He also looked for ways to add value to his work by suggestion valuable things they could do while here---all for the same price. All in all a great experience.

It was excellent. My house doesn't look remotely close to the same it did before. There was a lot of garbage they had to remove. I can't even begin to say how helpful they were. It was extensive but they did such an amazing job.

Ray and his team arrived on time. They were a nice group of guys who worked non-stop from the time they arrived until they left. Our windows had not been in cleaned in 5 years so they required a lot of work. Ray worked right along side his team to make sure everything was perfect. We've used Ray's Cleaning Service in the past and recommended him to our daughter who now uses his services as well. Great guy, great team, great service!

Outstanding work. We spent the past four months renovating our home, which was full of dust. Ray and his team cleaned every square inch including inside every cabinet, along the walls, all light fixtures, baseboards, fans, counters, windows, shelves, surfaces. Because of this company, we were able to officially unpack all of our things and move in! I am a total type A cleaner and would have done the job myself, but it literally would have taken months for me to finish. There was a layer of dust over everything and I'm not sure I even have the equipment necessary to handle that. The team dispersed and each focused on a different space. They were all friendly and professional and fun--laughing and joking. Not sure they were having a great time, but everyone sure seemed like it. Yes, you must budget for this type of service and it wasn't cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for, and we did. The floors in the unfinished portion of our basement and garage were scrubbed! I'm pretty sure no other company would have gone to that level of detail. Ray is very experienced and knew how to tackle every challenge. On top of that, the house immediately began to smell clean. Before Ray came, we were worried a lot of the windows were shot, but it turns out they were just dirty. I can't even express how clean they were able to get my windows. I thought Ray was joking and that they were really open when he showed me. They also removed all muttons and wiped them down. Total attention to detail. Beyond all of this, Ray helped move a mattress, fix a drawer and a couple of the guys moved a large buffet we couldn't lift. We couldn't appreciate the help more. I feel like we have a brand new home that we can properly maintain. Although I wouldn't be opposed to having Ray and his team out every year for a deep clean if we can swing it :)

Every now and then you come across someone who completely surprises you . . . in a good way. Ray Nicolli of Ray?s Cleaning Service is just such a person. Working with Ray was a real pleasure. He was completely professional, detail oriented, and friendly. He spent time to explain why or why not it would be a good idea to clean something even if it meant less money to him. Ray?s team of professionals showed up when they said they would, and were supervised by Ray who was on site during all cleaning. They went well beyond what I expected or even thought was possible. When the project took longer than estimated, Ray assured me there would be no extra charge. His only concern was that the job was done right. And it was! I had Ray?s Cleaning Service perform a total house cleaning, from top to bottom which even included cleaning the exterior and a detached garage. Even after the job was done, Ray returned to the house to take the trash can to the curb on trash day. Who does that now days? I had the house cleaned to prepare it for sale. After 12 showings the one consistent comment received from the showing agents was how impressed the prospective buyers where with how clean the house was. In fact, I had an acceptable offer on the house within one week. I highly recommend Ray and his team for any cleaning job!

Ray's team did a fantastic job! They moved several pieces of heavy furniture and cleaned all the thick dust that had collected behind there over the years. They cleaned in detail all the rooms in the house including the floors, walls, ceilings, windows, baseboards, ceiling fans, fixtures, faucets, appliances, and chandeliers. They cleaned out our gutters. And, Ray's team took everything off the floor in the garage so they could power wash/scrub it. Spider webs were cleaned out of the garage, as well, which was really great. It was so nice to see our chandeliers sparkly clean. We thoroughly loved our fresh, clean house when the team was done for the day. Totally worth it!
