Ray's Cleaning Service LLC-HEAVY DUTY CLEANING EXPERTS

Ray and his crew were very thorough. They arrived on time and worked nonstop all day as if it were their own home. Ray obviously takes pride in his work and employees. He made sure to introduce each one by name. He did everything he promised and more. Ray's communication was great, calling us periodically to ask questions and update us on his progress. At the end of the day, he took us through what was done and asked several times whether we were pleased with the job.

Ray and his crew did a wonderful job. They arrived on time, worked constantly throughout the 1-1/2 days, and were pleasant and communicative. As we had been under construction for over 6 months, I asked them to clean the entire house, top to bottom, and they did. When they found something that needed to be done that was not described in the estimate, they cleaned it at no extra charge. The most impressive was how they cleaned my basement - it has never been so clean or organized! I am pretty particular in what I expect from a service company, and I was a little skeptical about the quoted price, but it was more than worth it. I highly recommend Ray's Cleaning.

Ray was very prompt returning calls and met me at the apartment to provide a free quote (which was the final price) with a nice breakdown so I could pick and choose what I wanted done. The day of the service, he brought a crew with him (on time) and delivered fantastic results. The place is sparkling. You can see the pride that Ray and his crew take in delivering beyond expectations. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to anyone.

We can always count on Ray. He returns phone calls, is on time, and does a great job.

Ray and his four-member crew came to clean my basement at 8:30 am and were done by 2:30 pm. His methodology left me very pleased. The house footprint is about 1200 sq ft. I had recently had 11 windows removed and replaced with glass block. The dust and dirt from that process is what Ray came behind to clean up, let alone the dirt of a basement that has open rafters, two furnaces, two hot water tanks, two washers and two dryers. I had not vacuumed in the basement for about two years and there was a build up of cobwebs. Ray also replaced two vents to the dryers and repaired the thermostat on one of the hot water tanks. I am extremely happy to have had the service performed and that it was done efficiently. I remained home from work so that if he had any questions I could be there to answer them. I could not have done better myself. Thanks Ray.

RAY AND HIS STAFF DID A GREAT JOB. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. I CAN GO DOWN TO THE BASEMENT AND SMILE NOW.

THE MEN WERE ALWAYS WORKING. THE JOB WAS DONE WELL. RAY OVERSAW THE WORKERS AND WORKED ALONGSIDE OF THEM. RAY WAS WILLING TO DO WHATEVER WAS ASKED OF HIM.

THE SERVICE WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. THEY MISSED SOME ITEMS IN THE BASEMENT. THEY MISSED A CLOSET FULL OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH UNDERNEATH THE STAIRWAY. THEY CLEIMED THEY COULD NOT CLEAN THE DIRT IN THE BASEMENT SO THEY DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB OF THAT. I CALLE D THEM BACK TO FINISH WHAT HE MISSED, HE SAID HE DIDN'T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY ON THE JOB AND WOULD NOT COME BACK OUT.

RAY WAS VERY POLITE, ON-TIME AND DID EVERYTHING THAT HE LISTED AND DID IT WELL (AN INCREASINGLY RARE COMMODITY). WE HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.

RAY CAME WITH A CREW OF FIVE AND ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AT 8:00 AM. HE ALSO WORKED WITH HIS CREW TO MAKE SURE EACH MEMBER OF THE CREW WAS ASSIGNED SPECIFIC JOBS. THE CREW ITSELF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DONNING PROTECTIVE COVERINGS FOR THEIR SHOES SO AS NOT TO TRACK ANY DIRT INTO THE HOUSE AS THEY WERE WORKING IN IT. THE JOB TOOK THEN ABOUT SEVEN HOURS AND THE HOUSE LOOKS GREAT AND IS READY FOR THE NEW OWNERS TO MOVE IN. RAY CALLED ME THE DAY AFTER THE JOB TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OKAY AND THE TRASH HAD BEEN HAULED AWAY. HIS FOLLOW UP BEFORE AND AFTER THE JOB IS COMMENDABLE, AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO CALL HIM FOR THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN THE FUTURE.

RAY AND HIS CREW WERE GREAT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WORKED VERY HARD. THE AREAS CLEANED WERE SPOTLESS AND I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

THIS IS THE 3RD TIME THAT I HAVE USED RAY'S CLEANING AND THEY ALWAYS DO A WONDERFUL JOB. CAN GET TO PLACES I CAN'T AND LEAVE THE HOUSE CLEANER THAN I EVER COULD. LIKE THE FACT THAT RAY GETS RIGHT IN THERE WITH HIS CREW. THEY ARE ALL A FRIENDLY GROUP AND WORK HARD. WILL HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN.

RAY STAYED & WORKED RIGHT ALONG WITH HIS CREW, AND SUPERVISED CAREFULLY ALL THAT WAS DONE. HE EVEN DID A COUPLE LITTLE EXTRAS, NOT ORIGINALLY CONTRACTED FOR. A PLEASURE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

THE OWNER PROMPTLY RETURNED MY CALL, CAME & LOOKED AT THE JOB & PRICED IT OUT. WE SCHEDULED A DATE AND THEY CAME RIGHT ON TIME. ALL THE WORK WAS WELL DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

RAY AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE VERY ENJOYABLE TO HAVE WORKING AT THE HOUSE. THEY WORKED FROM 8 A.M. TO 1 P.M. NON-STOP. I WILL HAVE THEM BACK. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO MY MOTHER.

RAY AND HIS CREW PAY ENORMOUS ATTENTION TO DETAIL. RAY IS EXCELLENT AT TROUBLESHOOTING A JOB IN ADVANCE, AND WILL POINT OUT ANY PROBLEMS OR RECOMMENDED WORK THAT EVEN I DID NOT SPOT. RAY DOES NOT PRESSURE THE HOMEOWNER TO USE ANY OF HIS SERVICES, BUT HIS EVALUATION IS VERY THOROUGH AND CORRECT. RAY'S ENTIRE CREW IS TERRIFIC AND GOOD HUMORED, AND TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THEY TAILOR EACH JOB TO YOUR NEEDS, AND ARE DETAIL ORIENTED AND PERFORM EACH JOB BETTER THAN YOU EVER COULD YOURSELF. THE AREA IS CLEANED UP THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EACH JOB. I WILL DEFINITELY HIRE RAY AND HIS CREW AGAIN TO SEAL MY DECKS, POWER WASH WALKS AND GARAGE, AND WASH WINDOWS.

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THIS WAS MY SECOND EXPERIENCE WITH RAY AND I EXPECT THERE WILL BE MORE.

RAY KEPT ASKING IF WE WERE SATISFIED OR IF THERE WERE OTHER THINGS THEY COULD DO. THEY BROUGHT MY CHRISTMAS TREE DOWN FROM THE ATTIC, AND EVEN PUT IN NEW FLUORESCENT BULBS IN SEVERAL PLACES.

RAY AND HIS HELPER WERE VERY NICE, CAREFUL, AND VERY INFORMATIVE AS FAR AS KEEPING THE WINDOWS CLEAN. I HAD A NICE EXPERIENCE.

RAY AND HIS STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. THEY FOUND SOME PERSONAL BELONGINGS WE HAD MISSED WHILE WE WERE EMPTYING THE BASEMENT OUT, AND BROUGHT THE ARTICLES TO US. RAY WAS ABLE TO FIT US INTO HIS SCHEDULE WITHIN A WEEK OF OUR INITIAL PHONE CALL, AND HE GRACIOUSLY ACCOMMODATED OUR LAST-MINUTE REQUEST TO HAVE AN ADDITIONAL (SECOND FLOOR) BATHROOM CLEANED. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND THE WORKERS WASHED THE BASEMENT STEPS ON THEIR WAY OUT. THIS WAS VERY NICE! THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, AND WE WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY DID A FABULOUS JOB AND WERE VERY COURTEOUS, HELPFUL, AND PROFESSIONAL. RAY IS VERY, VERY DETAIL ORIENTED AND WANTS TO DO THE BEST JOB FOR HIS CUSTOMERS. OUR CONDO NOW LOOKS WONDERFUL THANKS TO RAY AND HIS CREW !!

I HAD TO CALL THEM OUT TWICE FOR A QUOTE. THEY DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB. THEY LEFT BUG RESIDUE ON THE WINDOWS. I WOULDN'T CALL THEM BACK.
