Arrived on time with crew. Did work as planned. Saved my sanity by cleaning the whole house and getting rid of all construction and remodel dust and debris! Excellent JOB. Fast,on time. Ray fit me in with my demanding schedule. Couldn't be happier.

Company was non-responsive to my request for services.

Had a lighting strike to my wall which resulted in drywall needing to be replaced. Dust everywhere. My ceilings are 20 feet tall and windows are almost that high. Have ceiling fans, as well. Approximately 3000 sq feet was cleaned. Ray came and gave me an estimate and was able to work me in in a few weeks. He arrived with 5 other men who set to work cleaning everything. They spent the entire day cleaning woodwork, walls, vacuuming furniture, windows, bathrooms and shower doors. All of the workers were very professional. I appreciated that Ray was there from start to finish. He is one clean man. Would recommend him to anyone.

Awesome job, I am so happy with the work Ray and his crew did, the floors are so shiney they look better than new., I can say I hated to go down to my basement but not anymore it smells great! it is spotless and beautiful. i highly recommend Ray's cleaning service if you want your house cleaner than new, call Ray. Excellent! Ray came out and gave me an estimate; was able to do the work the following week; was here with his crew; did what he said he would do; offered suggestions when I asked about other concerns for the old, damp basement. The experience was terrific. His service was terrific. Fabulous job!

I called Ray who was able to quickly accommodate my request. He arrived with a two-man crew and meticulously sorted through all the salvageable and non-salvageable items in the garage. After a thorough cleaning of the shelves and replacement of the salvageable items, Ray and his crew performed a pressure wash of the floor...I couldn't believe the garage floor could ever look SO clean! It was amazing to see such a difference in the garage in less than 3 hours. Ray and his crew were friendly and professional. I will definitely call them back for any cleaning needs in our house.

Ray was professional, timely, and conscientouss. He honored his original estimate. The basement was disgusting, and now it is 'put on the home market' ready. Ray come back with his crew to finish the clean up. He was very concerned that I was satisfied with their work. I was very impressed.

I called Ray from a review here on Angie's List. He called me back quickly and came out to do the estimate in a timely manner. Ray and his crew are very busy, so I had to wait a month for them to get to me, but I trusted in him and he didn't let me down! He arrived on time today and they began work quickly. The garage job only took a couple of hours, but his guys worked diligently with no goofing off or wasting time. They introduced themselves and were very pleasant, even when my dog had to come out and supervise for awhile. They asked questions as needed and I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing house cleaning. Ray was even understanding when I asked to split the garage cleaning from the basement cleaning (cost reasons). I will definitely keep his company on the top of my list for future work! The only other thing I will say is that Ray is very busy, so you may not be able to get your job done immediately, but it proves to me how good they are if they have this much business!

Overall, the job went extremely well. Ray estimated that it would take one full day to complete the job and even with the additional work described above, he stayed within his time estimate. We are very pleased with our clean, tidy and well organized space.

The work exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was remarkable. He and his crew were punctual, professional, and courteous. I would not hesitate to refer them or use them again. My garage floor was so clean we could have eaten dinner off of it. Ray replaced light bulbs that were out, tightened screws on cabinets that were loose....he went way beyond cleaning every nook and cranny of my home. I could not have been more pleased.

He was available and professional. He did a very good job. We would use him again if needed.

Ray provided a great service in several ways. Because we had moved up the date of an open house to sell our home, we were scrambling to get everything done. I called Ray, hoping that he might be able to schedule us within a day or so. Although he was busy, he moved some things around and scheduled our cleaning at a great time for us. His crew (and he) arrived promptly, provided an estimate and got to work. They did a great job in a short time at a reasonable price. We were very happy with them and will absolutely call them again.

I had a hard time finding a cleaning service willing to clean our garage since we had had a mouse problem last year and there was still excrement. We had a lot of wood laying around and other materials that Ray came for an estimate and assured me he worked closely on site with his team and would take care of this. They arrived right on time, calling me ahead. They got to work setting up with a three-man team and Ray. They hauled everything out and asked us to identify what to keep and haul away. They did a thorough cleaning job and were done in about 3 hours. Ray came back at the end to check on everything. We were relieved to have this issue resolved, and have a very clean and mostly empty garage to enjoy! The total fee includes a haul-away charge ($125).

Called Ray to strip and seal a basement floor that had not been done in 30 years. He was very professional on the phone . He gave me an estimate based on my measurements with the understanding that it could be more if upon arrival there was more work needed. He called when he was on his way and arived on time. Ray and his assistant did an excellent job and completed the job at the estimated price.

I got the company name from Angie's list. I called Ray who came and gave me a quote. I told him I wanted the work done. We scheduled an appointment and he came and did the work.

Ray and his crew showed up on time. They were all friendly and professional, and worked as a team led by Ray. Everything was removed from the garage and cleaned. Unwanted items were put in the trash. I was planning on disposing of new carpet remnants, however Ray suggested that I keep them in case I would need a replacement patch in the future. He placed them up in the attic for me. The ceiling and walls of the garage were completely dusted, and all the dust, dirt and debris on the floor was vacuumed up. Stain removers and cleaning agents were applied to the floor, which was then thouroughly rinsed with a hose. The water was removed from the floor, and areas where articles were stored were dried prior to replacing those articles. From time to time, Ray instructed his crew on details that he did not want overlooked. I believe that Ray being on the job was a very important aspect of the excellence of the work that was done.

Our house was cleaned from top to bottom after having construction work done so there was quite a bit of dust throughout the house. Ray was incredibly responsive. At first, he told me that he was booked at the time that I needed him and he gave me a referral to someone else. But as we talked on the phone, he offered to come and take a look to see if he could help me out by splitting the job into smaller parts. This was okay with me so he came later that day to give me an estimate. I appreciated his flexibility and he was able to complete two of the three parts within a weeks time. Ray works along with his crew. They are hardworking, energetic and professional. They arrived on time and worked until the job was complete. They did do some additional work at my request and my house is dust free and sparkling clean! Thank you Ray.

As part of an estate I have a house to sell. I wanted the house totally cleaned from top to bottom because it hadn't had a through cleaning in about two years. I decided to call Ray because of the customer satisfaction and high ratings on Angie's List. When Ray came to the house to give me an estimate for the cost of the cleaning he arrived on time. After talking to Ray I felt sure he understood what I expected from him and his crew. Ray and his crew (of six or eight) arrived on time and worked for about eight hours. They did a FANTASTIC job, my expectations were surpassed. The gutters and downspout were cleaned out, the roof had some moss on it and that was removed. The outside of the house had cobwebs on it and even those were removed. Everything was washed, swept, dusted. The ceilings, walls, windows (inside and out), underneath, behind, and the outside of all the appliances, the ceiling fans and lights, inside and outside of the kitchen cabinets, even the dust on the furnace and hotwater tank was cleaned off. The bathroom SPARKLED. The ceiling, walls, and storage shelves in the garage were swept down all the cobwebs were removed. The floor was cleaned so well it looked new. There was some heavy furniture on the second floor that need brought down and put in the garage and Ray's crew even did that. I could not find anything that needed redone or touched up. Ray and his crew were great. I would absolutely hire them again. I totally recommend Ray's.

There was dust every where! I called Ray's Cleaning to clean it up. He cleaned the walls, the floors and wooden beams along the ceiling and did a great job. He was conscientious, didn't waste time and was in and out. He was very courteous and professional.

My agent reported that Ray has an excellent team, including himself. They have it down to a science and it pays off!

We were very pleased. We hadn't thoroughly cleaned our house (behind furniture, in hard-to-reach areas, etc.) since moving in 4 years ago. I searched Angie's List and chose Ray's Cleaning Service because they are highly rated. I am difficult to get a hold of but Ray was persistent in returning my call. He promptly scheduled an appointment to walk through my home, explained the services his company offers, and developed a detailed list of the work we wanted done. He followed up a couple days later with a written estimate to complete the work he had listed, which we accepted, and scheduled the job. His company arrived on time, got right to work, and completed the entire job within the 1.5 days Ray originally projected. (It was a lot of work, tons of dog hair, dust, etc.) Ray gave a thorough explanation of the work they had completed, offered suggestions for upkeep, and pointed out any home maintenance issues that might need attention (gutters, for example). They were gentle with our furniture, and helpful in replacing light bulbs in hard-to-reach places. Ray also replaced the dryer hose with a better, flexible model free of charge. He and his team were very friendly and even went out of their way to work around my dog. Ray also offered different options to make things more economical. Overall, Ray's Cleaning Service provided efficient, effective cleaning with a personal touch. We definitely plan to use them again.

I called Ray on a Wednesday afternoon to arrange for cleaning the following week. I'm an out-of-town landlord and my new tenants wanted to move in that weekend. Unfortunately, the place was still a wreck from the evicted tenants, but the new ones were in between places and needed to get their stuff in that weekend. Ray gave me a ballpark estimate of $450 for what I described to him over the phone. He was fully booked for the week I need him to clean but he was able to shift his guys around to get me place taken care of on Tuesday. He knew I was in a hurry so he stopped by on Friday between jobs and I worked with him over the weekend to get the scope / price right. He offered more services but I declined some of them. He did what he quoted and what I requested and a few more items on top of that for no extra charge. My new tenants were very pleased. I gave a A for price because I felt like I got great work for good price. I had used a different cleaning company two years prior when the condo was already in good shape. They were a little less than half the price but also only used less than half the man-hours to get the place not quite as clean. On the first day, one of his crew did make remark to the female tenant that was there that she thought was odd. She didn't elaborate or ask me to say anything to Ray. I spoke to Ray about it and he made sure the guy went to another job during the follow up the next day. I view this more as an example of Ray's professionalism than as a negative about his crew. I would guess that the comment was probably no more than a misunderstanding. I would recommend Ray to anyone. However, if you are just looking for a low price then don't call him. I chose him because he had the most positive reviews on Angie's List and was the most prompt in giving an estimate and arranging to complete the work. He won't be the cheapest, but is probably one of the best values. I did question Ray about his one poor review. After reading both the negative report, his response and talking to him about it, I wasn't concerned.

They were prompt, professional and friendly throughout the whole process from estimates to job completion.
