I wouldn't even give them one star if that option was available. I have a washer purchased from Lowes and Toller was scheduled to come out. The washer will continuously cycle and never shut off. Toller came out and "fix" it and told my daughter everything was fine. Mind you, she had to drive 30 minutes away to open the door and be here when they arrived. I put a load in when I got home from work. Noticed something odd when I turned it on. My machine will automatically be on the last cycle setting it was on when turned off. It was on spin,hmmm. ( this is the setting you have to use to drain the water and spin it out if you didn't catch it after the normal cycle). I assume that is what he did to look like it worked correctly. Needless to say the machine still was messed up. I had called multiply times and gotten no call backs. Lowes rescheduled and never heard from them or seen them for their appointment. Lowes will hopefully get rid off these clowns and let them fix the amish machine which is probably to technical for them also. TERRIBLE

Not good at all!!! Maytag called him out because my washer was making a loud noise and I'm still under warranty so I didn't pay. He came out once and said he fixed something but didn't. I called him back he said he would come out Friday before noon and he was a no call no show. I called Maytag and they called him and he called us back and scheduled again for Monday and again a no call no show. Maytag called someone outside my service area to fix it since the OWNER wouldn't. It was the owner that did all this too. Terrible company. I'm just glad I didn't lose myself money because of him.

On June 11 Maytag scheduled him to come repair my washer on June 18. I received a phone call from him on the day he was suppose to be there. He advised he did not service my area (even though all of his advertisement list my area) and could not help me. I called Maytag, who in turn called him while I was on hold. He told them that he does service the area and that I must have misunderstood him. He confirmed his apt for between 12-4 with maytag. I went to work, left early at 11:30 and waited. and waited. and waited. He never showed. I called Maytag back, they were unable to make contact with him. Then he calls me on July 9 and says he can come look at my washer now. OF course Maytag had already found me another appliance repairman and sent him out. I will not deal with Tollers.

I had used Toller's Appliance for a repair a few year's back and they seemed great. Our local Lowe's had recommended them to me for a service. So I called them again. This time, I called 3 times before I got a return phone call. I wrote it off to the bad weather we had been having previously. Chris came out, was very nice and prompt. He starts the washer and see that it spins and seems to work. I told him, it doesn't once clothes are added. He takes the front panel off and advises me the washer is showing a code 21, which is motor out of sync. Just need a reset. Takes about 5 mins. Motor is reset, Chris claims washer is fixed and leaves with a check for $64. I go immediately to wash a load of clothes since it had been 6 days since I had been able to do a load of laundry. The very first load, washer won't spin during rinse cycle. I immediately call and start the leaving of messages on their phone, both the 866# and on Chris's cell phone #. I have called 3 times with no response over 2 days. I wish I would have looked on Angie's List prior to contacting them for service. This seems to be their poor method of service. I will not recommend them for any other service, nor will I call them again. I have put a stop payment on the check and have contacted Rick's Appliance for the repair.
Description of Work: Chris from Toller's Appliance came to fix my washer. It would not spin when clothes were in the washer, but would spin when empty. He advised me the motor was out of sync and reset the washer. Fix took about 5 mins.

It did not go well at all. Didn't even get to square 1
Description of Work: I tried locally to find someone to repair my Bosch dishwasher. Could find no one, but Tollers was recommended to me. I called.....got answering service. I did receive a phone call the next day. Apparently Rick was in a bad service area and my call was dropped. Played phone tag for awhile, and never got to speak with him. I left two messages and never received even the courtesy of a reply. I would have appreciated even a referral if the guy didn't want the work. I will never call back or refer anyone to this company.

Description of Work: CHRIS SHOWED UP ON 16 OF JULY TO FIX FRIDGE, I TOLD HIM THAT IT WAS MAKING A CLICKING NOISE ON AND OFF ABOUT 20 TIMES IN A ROW RAPIDLY AND WAS NOT COOLING. HE DEFROSTED IT SAID HE WOULD BE BACK ON THE 18 WITH PART TO FIX IT. SHOWED UP DEFROSTED IT AGAIN PUT PART ON SAID IT WOULD TAKE CARE OF PROBLEM,. PAID HIM 200.00. TWO DAYS LATER IT WAS NOT COOLING AND STILL MAKING NOISE. RICK CAME 24 OF JULY DEFROSTED AGAIN SAID WAS GOING TO CALL WHIRLPOOL TO SEE IF THEY WERE HAVING ANY PROBLEMS REPORTED AND BRING ME ANOTHER PART. HAVE CALLED 6 TIMES AND ALWAYS GET ANSWERING SERVICES AND STILL HAVE NOT GOT A RETURN CALL.

We had our washer fixed with a manufacture's warranty. At first Rick seemed professional, even helpful, but after days of not returning calls I wasn't too impressed. When he came back to put the part in he left the old broken part, a soaking wet and disgusting floor, and never even bothered to put the washer back in place. It was very unprofessional and disappointing to see such a disaster left. Not bad on the install but customer satisfaction and simple courtesy was lacking severely.

He repaired the hub on my washer. He only charged me $26.64 which was the price of the part plus tax. He is an honest, knowledgeable, pleasant man and his prices are very reasonable. He has offered great advice on replacing other appliances. I plan to use him again for all my appliance needs.

Description of Work: called for refridge repair (through Lowes service advantage) appt scheduled for 1 to 5 pm on 5-31-2011 at approx 11:00 am got a call from Chris (service tech) he is 20 minutes away. I'm still at work, had made arrangements for someone to be there at one not by 11:30. finally talked him into 12;00 found someone who could be there by then, he shows up looks at problem (broken ice maker) orders parts right there (this is Tuesday) says it should be Thursday, Monday at the latest. I called Tuesday of the next week to ask about the parts (you have to go through an answering service) no reply on Tuesday, I call back Wed. morning (again have to talk to answering service) finally a call back, yes parts are in (didnt say how long they had been in) schedule appt for the following Monday (today) at 3:30. I have to leave work 2 hours early today to be sure I am here for appt. time, it is now 7:05 I have called Chris's cell phone a dozen times, called his answering service a dozen times, and have even called Lowes still no reply from Chris the service tech (and I think owner) of Tollers appliance repair.
