+ -1 moreUsed them for new install,satisfied. Warranty replacement not happy but American Standard mostly to blame. Added on to home they moved heat pump outdoor unit approximately 15 feet and charged $800.00. Totally disgusted. Would deal with Jeff Moore again but not as long as Donnie Lykins is his partner.
Description of Work: Moved heat pump approximately 15 feet. Charged 4 hours even though over an hour due to bad solder on lineset and pump down and recharge.

+ -1 moreGreat. The guys were very professional. They would put disposable covers on their shoes when ever they came in the house. They were fast and efficient.
Description of Work: New heat pump installed also new heat ducts in one room.

+ 0 moreThey are excellent. I've used them twice. They give really great service. They are very honest, dependable and clean. We are getting ready to use them again for a new heating system. They are not the cheapest but they have quality merchandise and they stand behind it. They come very quickly whenever we've had an issue. They are very professional. They make sure that everything is clean and neat before they leave.

Description of Work: I'm reporting on behalf of my mother she raves of this company and will not use another. I have actually been there when they were there, the men are always very polite. I also want to add that my mom has white carpet, and the workers always take the time to take off their boots , so they don't ruin the carpet! Totally recommend !!!!

+ -1 moreWell, the cheapest route for me would be to fix my old furnace, but nothing lasts forever and I understand why replacing is necessary. I am very pleased with these guys prompt service.
Description of Work: They made several service calls trying to repair my old furnace, which seems a lost cause. But I got a phone call from the owner who remembered the furnace and had found a good deal on the special unit my home needs! He called with a price ready for me to make a decision.
