Description of Work: No response. After having to contact them 3 times before I was able talk to someone, we made arrangements for them to come for to review the project on 2/18/14. They were to mail an estimate. I'm still waiting, poor service

 + 0 moreThere was a crew of at least four there every single day from beginnning to end - they were very curteous, well mannered and sensitive to the emotional devastation our family was going through. The incredible detail and craftsmanship they put into our home was as if they were building it for themselves. The construction site was broom clean every single day so we could walk through and see their progress in the evenings. They were very patient with me as I asked question after question after question - they explained everything they were going to do (and twice when I didn't understand) as the project progressed. I had renovations done to the house several years before and it turned out to be a total nightmare so I was very skeptical about hiring ANYONE. Now I can't imagine ever having a future renovation project without them. I can't say enough good things about them!
Description of Work: An 80' oak tree fell through our house on Christmas Eve. The house was destroyed so it was leveled and a new one was built.
