THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY, TWICE FOR WARRANTY WORK ON THEIR ORIGINAL WORK. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO CALL EVERY WEEK FOR 13 WEEKS TO GET THEM TO CONFIRM THAT THE GLASS I ORDERED AND PAID FOR WAS IN. THEY NEVER ONCE CALLED ME BACK LIKE THEY SAID THEY WOULD. THEN IT TOOK 3 TO 4 WEEKS FOR THEM TO SCHEDULE AN INSTALLATION. THE FOLKS THAT INSTALLED WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS.
Description of Work: THE WORK DONE WAS WARRANTY WORK FOR THE SHODDY WINDOWS INSTALLED ON NEW CONSTRUCTION (THE 4 WINDOWS WERE LESS THAN 6 YEARS OLD).
