+ -1 moreWe were selling our house and needed to have some electrical work completed. We had two GFI outlets installed in kitchen and the circuit breaker panel in garage cleaned. Mike arrived promptly and completed work within an hour. He was efficient and neat. We were happy with the work and would hire him again.

+ -1 moreUnbelievably unprofessional. My first indication should have been that it took Mike Stevens a week to return my initial call. When he did call, he was apologetic, so I gave him a second chance. We scheduled my service for a specific day (Dec 3rd) and time (2:30 PM). When he didn't show and didn't call after an hour, I called him and left a message. No response. In fact, it's now been 4 days since that call and I've never heard from him. If you choose to use such an irresponsible and unprofessional provider, you'll have only yourself to blame.
Description of Work: Scheduled to provide annual service to my whole-house generator.

+ -1 moreThey were very polite in teaching an old lady. If I would speak about them to a family member or friend I would say that they're good. They had no complaints.
Description of Work: Tri State Electric came here and they fixed my electricity. There was one room in the house that had no electricity and they fixed the misconnection there and it became fine.

+ -1 moreOverall, the job went smoothly without incident and our light pole is back in service.
Description of Work: We had a severed electrical line running from our home, underground, to a pole lamp in front of our home. Mike was able to reattach the wires and restore power to the light pole. He was quick to respond to the call and very professional, and quick in his work. We have had absolutely no problems since. Previously, to this work, he installed three ceiling fans in our bedrooms, complete with individual switches. Again, the work was performed quickly and without incident. He is clean and explains his work fully. I would recommend his company.
