Exceeded our expectations.

TMC Construction was recommended by a neighbor. We initially hired them to redo our master bath. They did such an outstanding job that we asked them to redo our downstairs bath as well. The quality of work is excellent. They are very attentive to every need and request. They even painted our master bath three times until my wife was happy with the color! The owners take a personal interest in your project and are constantly checking in to make sure you are happy. Their crew was very professional and took extra time to insure the house was clean before they left every day. We had a few issues show up in the demolition (from previous construction). TMC fixed those issues without adding to our cost. They will not be the cheapest bid you will receive, but their work is worth every penny!

The experience far exceeded our expectations and we love the new bathroom. A representative of TMC came to our house to explain their companies philosophy and share photos of previous jobs. Within a day or two we received and a very detailed quote based on the scope of the work we provided. The next step was selecting tile, tub, etc. The personal attention and patience shown by this company was outstanding. TMC employees were polite, dependable, clean, quiet and highly skilled. They really cared about our satisfaction. I also want to share that they were creative in offering ideas on how to make the space the very best it could be. We were so happy with TMC that we hired them again to remodel our Hall Bathroom. While this was a smaller job we received the same attention and excellent results we experienced on the Master Bathroom. We highly recommend TMC for your small or large home projects. You will be more than pleased.

TMC Construction is not a house remodeler. They are Home Transformation Professionals. • Home—their daily work habits demonstrate that they are aware they are working in someone’s home and not just another worksite. The same crew promptly arrives at 8;30 (not earlier) and leaves no later than 5:00. Every day they lay down protective floor coverings to keep the work mess to a minimum and stop 30 minutes before the end of day to allow time for clean-up including vacuuming. Our stairs never looked so clean! • Transformation—the finished product was way beyond our expectations. We never knew our bathrooms could look so good. This is due to the upfront help in selecting tile, vanities, flooring, paint, hardware, etc. as well as the craftsmanship, expertise, and care as it was installed. • Professional—from the beginning of the process to the end we were involved and kept informed. They have good relationships with the many vendors needed and accompanied us to select materials. Watching the master bath being rebuilt from the studs outward allowed us to see the quality of materials and workmanship. We know that what it is underneath the “bling” is a solid foundation and actually much better than what was installed when the house was built. We found TMC through Home Advisor. Over several months, we talked to 4 different contractors. TMC was not the highest or lowest bidder. We selected them based on their proposal and just a “gut feel” that this was a trustworthy company that we could work with for a fairly large project (partial remodel of 2 hall baths and complete redesign of master bath). Even with this gut feel, they surpassed our expectations. We will definitely use them for future projects and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone needing a small or large transformation of their home!

TMC crew was always professional, reliable, friendly, respectful and on time to work. During six weeks, they worked nonstop to remodel 4 bathrooms. TMC is a name you can trust, a synonym of excellence. Brian, Jeff, Frank, Bruce, Kylen and Ken gave their best to satisfy us.
