THEY APPEARED INTERESTED IN THE JOB DURING THE ESTIMATE, BUT WHEN THEY DISCOVERED THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RE-USE THE STONE FROM THE PREVIOUS DEMOLITION THEY LOST INTEREST. THEY ARE INTERESTED IN THE SELLING OF THE STONE.

HE CAME OUT AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HE THEN TOLD ME GO TO THE STORE AND PICK OUT THE ITEMS. WHEN I GOT THE STORE THERE WERE SEVERAL MEN PLAYING POKER AND SMOKING. THEY WERE BEING SMART AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. THEY TREATED ME LIKE MY JOB WAS TOO SMALL. IT WAS POURING DOWN RAIN WHEN I GOT THERE AND I WALKED INTO A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT. THEIR COUPON SAID 25% ON RETAIL SALES, BUT THAT IS ONLY IF THEY DONT INSTALL IT FOR YOU WHICH CAN BE MISLEADING. I LEFT WITHOUT AN ESTIMATE. OWNER DID CALL & FOLLOW UP & APOLOGISED FOR MY EXPERIENCE & SAID FRONT OFFICE WOULD CHANGE. ESTIMATE WAS VERY REASONABLE
