+ -1 moreVERY KNOWLEDGEABLE CONTRACTOR; ADDS EXTRAS, EXPERIENCED AS HOME BUILDER, SO CAN DIAGNOSE AND FIX MANY PROBLEMS UNFORESEEN AT THE BEGINNING. THIS JOB TURNED OUT TO BE FAR GREATER IN SCOPE THAN ORIGINALLY ANTICIPATED, YET UP CHARGE WAS MINIMAL.
Description of Work: COMPLETE RENOVATION OF 1 BATHROOM. GUTTED ENTIRE ROOM TO 2X4''S AND SUBFLOOR, REBUILT SHOWER, NEW TILING, INSTALLED NEW FIXTURES (BOUGHT SEPARATE FROM THIS WORK); UPGRADE TO ANOTHER BATHROOM.
