I could not have asked for a better experience! The professionalism and workmanship of this company makes me wish they could complete ALL of the projects around my house! Gina responded to my original phone call quickly. After the initial estimate was too high for our budget, Gina worked with us to find a great solution- even coming for a 2nd estimate to make sure all would work out. Wes, the man who built our fence was amazing in every way- not only was his workmanship fantastic, he was polite to us, friendly with my 2-year-old, gracious to my nosy neighbor and even came to complete work one day after sitting in traffic for two hours on a backed-up highway and despite pouring rain. We are thrilled with how our fence looks- they quality of the wood made a HUGE difference. Our neighbor had a fence built by a slightly less expensive company and it shows. Her fence is falling apart and faded after only 2 years. We are confident that ours will look great for years to come.

I initially wanted to go with all privacy fence, but the cost was a bit more than I had budgeted, Gina suggested to go with part privacy and the rest Kentucky board. That was the perfect solution now I have privacy were I need it and can still look out and see the woods behind us, not to mention my dogs can see what going on in the neighborhood and bark if necessary...LOL ! We agreed on a price and was scheduled for installation the next week...enter the big snow storm, so the installation was put off a couple weeks.Even though the snow was not completely melted Wesley(the lead installer) and his crew worked through the snow and mud and did a great job and he was genuinely concerned about customer satisfaction, which is rare these days. Everyone that looks at the fence are really impressed with how it blends in with the house and surrounding neighborhood. And my dogs can run around and I don't have to worry about them escaping ! So it was a pleasant experience from start to finish !

As a former contractor myself, i am very parrticular about the contractors i do business with. They must be professional, provide accurate quotes, be punctual , and most importantly know their craft. Gina Donisi met all of these criteria. I had actually met with three other contractors, two of which quoted less, but did not have the confort level i found with Gina. He crew was polite and performed great work. I would use them again.

Gina arrived within two days of my phone call to her. She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. She was able to give me an estimate right on the spot, which was a real time saver. I accepted her quote the next day and she immediately set up a install date for the following week. Wesley is the instal manager and when he arrived was also very knowledgable on fencing. A small crew of two arrived to asist him and they worked non-stop (with a lunch break of course). The fence was completed in under two days and looks wonderful. My neighbors have complemented my new fence already! Wesley assured me that if I have any concerns that he would come and address them himself...and I believe him! Gina and Wesley are a great business team and I would recommend The Fence Co. to anyone wanting fast, competitive and quality work.

Gina, the owner, came on site the day after I asked for the quote. We was very efficient and knew all the good questions to ask me in order to build the right quote and make us happy of the result. I received the quote the same day. We had to wait 3 months before actually starting the work. Wes, who works for Gina, came alone. I was very impressed by his work. The weather conditions were awful (cold and snow) but he kept at it and did an excellent job and didn't take shortcuts to make his life easier. It took him two full days to complete the job. We are very happy with the results. The cost is very reasonable for the result. Update: the fence was for a pool and the company didn't know what the code required. I had to go find the information myself to tell them what was necessary. I ended up hiring another company to finish the job to the code. Bottomline: if you know exactly what you want, the job will of quality.

The Fence Company was very professional and easy to deal with. They met all their dates and the fence is excellent. The estimator came out within a couple of days of my contacting them. They provided a sketch that I could use for getting the building permit. Their estimate was $350 lower than the nearest bid, due to the company offering a free gate to Angie's List members. The installer arrived promptly and worked quickly and cleaned everything up each day and at the end. It was a very smooth operation. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to my friends.

The company rep came over & gave us an estimate, the next day we called & told them they had the job. The started the next workday. They finished it in 2 days & did a great job!

It went very well. Gina came out a couple of days after I called the office and gave me an estimate. As I had already had other estimates, I contracted with them that afternoon. Work started three days later and was finished the next day. They were very nice to deal with and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them.

Because of weather it took a little longer for them to get to my job, but once they got started, it was amazing how fast it went up! They cleaned up all their messes and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Gina was great in answering all my questions and concerns and always returned my calls promptly.

Our estimate was given by Gina Donisi, she made a number of suggesions on two large gates , we took her advice and they are working better than the old gates. Upon arrival went over everything, to recheck what was expected. Answered my questions, cleaned up and hauled away all unwanted material. Both gentlemen were very polite, courteous, did a very professional job. It was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely hire them again. I particularly liked receiving the estimate by email, it was a very detailed and professional quote, listing all work, material, guarantee, and payment etc.

This was the only company where an acutal person answered, which was instantly appealing. When Gina came out she walked the yard with me and was very specific in her questioning, I could tell she was making sure to cover all details. Wes installed our fence by himself and even came out over weekends to get it done. Even though he was by himself he wasn't in a hurry and the workmanship is fantastic, it's a great looking fence and all of the neighbors are jealous! I would - and already have - recommend them to anyone, we are thrilled with the finished product.

In a word - Excellent! Total duration - 6 weeks. Week 1 - Gina walked the yard with us and we selected the fence from the samples she had. We adjusted the options (number of gates, ornamentals, etc) to meet our budget. Weeks 2-5 - Manufacturing time. All materials were delivered to the house in one shipment, off loaded and stored by the driver. The materials were well packaged / stacked on wood cribbing. Week 5 - Contacted Call Before You Dig (this is the home owners responsibility). Gives 10 day installation window from time of marking. Takes 1-2 business days for all utilities to be marked. Week 6 (2.5 days) - Installation. Wesley and one helper installed the fence in 2.5 days. Day 1 - Material prepping (posts), survey and marked fence line, ensured marked utilities are avoided. Installation of sections. Daily cleanup and prep for next day. Day 2 - Continued installation of sections. Daily cleanup and prep for next day. Day 3 - Completed installation. Final cleanup and walk through. Our overall experience was excellent, but in particular the installation was the best part of the experience. Wesley's professional and personal approach to his work (and his helpers) made the job go quickly, safely, and smoothly. His work ethic shows with his attention to detail and his sensitivity to our needs. We have 3 dogs, and Wes took this in to account with the clearances on the bottom of the fence as well as webbing the ground in some areas to prevent digging. I truly felt, Wes had our best interests at heart and has a wealth of experience that shows in the quality of our fence and installation. I would recommend The Fence Company to anyone!

I solicited three quotes from different fencing companies. Gina called me immediately to set up an appointment, was the first to submit her quote, responded the day-of to any questions/follow-up, and promptly returned all phone calls. One other company submitted a quote but never acknowledged my follow-up questions; another waited three weeks to call about scheduling an estimate. From start to finish, the customer service was impeccable! The job was completed on-time in one day and was of great quality. I would highly (highly!) recommend working with The Fence Company.

Three and a half months after the job was completed, I contacted the owner to request service on a utility gate which would not open and shut properly. Gino was accomidating and sent out a service person with adjusted the gate with no additional charges.

Very personable, professional, and accommodating. I had to delay the start unexpectedly after accepting the bid and there was no problem. Very accessible when I needed to contact. Answered the phone directly or returned call the same day. The fence is beautiful. The purchase was a great value and a true asset to our home.

Everything went well. The job took less than one day, which was quicker than the estimate given.

Gina is really professional and all about business. Although, I didn't go with The Fence Co. I would recommend her to others. The only thing that really made me pause with her proposal was the cost of the existing fence removal $400! Ouch....

Gina was the only fence company who actually answered the phone! She was out quickly to survey the situation and offer options. She was patient while I considered different possibilities and once I made up my mind provided a timeline that I could expect the work to begin and get done. The reality of it was very close to the timeline she had provided. Her 'off the top of my head' estimate during the first visit was right on target with the contract/proposal provided before any work began. Installer worked through rain and cold to get the job done. Overall very pleased with the experience...

I would use them again. The guy they sent out Wesley was a very nice guy & very talkative. They did the work really quickly & really well. The fence looks great. They did the estimate and came back out 3 weeks later to do the work.

Overall went great. I read over various reviews on Angie's List and elsewhere, and decided to give them a shot. Gina was professional and easy to work with, and Darrell and his crew did an excellent job installing our split rail fence. As others had suggested, I made a point of walking the lines I wanted to see the fence installed along, and when I came back later Darrell had done a great job addressing my various concerns. It looks great!

Pretty well - we are debating between both split rail and invisible fencing -as well as evaluating other bids. Her bid was $3700 and seemed high.

Gina called almost immediately after I contacted her company, and came out that evening to do the estimate. She clearly knew what would need to be done. The estimate was emailed to me the next day and after we accepted, the work began the day after and was finished the day after that. The installer was a perfectionist, moving an already set post because it was one half inch off placement. He also thoroughly inspected our old fence and determined we had another rotted post beyond what we already knew about. This raised the price, but we were happy to be saved another trip. We are very happy with the fence, the punctuality and professionalism of this company.
