Had chimney flue cap replaced after violent wind storm blew off previous one. Here the next day and replaced with similar cover. Appreciated the quick response by the technician.

Very expensive and issue was not fixed. Very disappointed!!!

I hired this company when a state inspector failed my water heater. They came out told me there was no issue and talked to my county inspector of why they were incorrect (Saved me a ton of money). I hired them at my new house to inspect chimney and stove, as well as clean chimney. I was advised that nothing was up to code and it would be ill advised to use my equipment. They decided a sweep was pointless and left me with several options. We (wife and I) finally agreed on what we wanted a year later. They sent us a revised quote , scheduled a date that worked for us and removed a very large stove,as well as install a dampner. Then inspected chimney and gave us an all clear. The employees were careful and caused zero damage and zero soot throughout process. Estimates are not free as they perform multiple checks and explain exactly any issues. Sales never contacted us or pressured us to get the recommendation done (we chose a way cheaper option of no wood stove). Would hire for all my fireplace and "venting" issues.

The chimney care pro came out on schedule. He cleaned my gas fireplace, inspected all the parts, and even told me what parts & what brand I will need to order if they ever need to be replaced. He reassured me that the fireplace was SUPPOSED to get as hot as it does, that thereâ s no fear of carbon monoxide, and that the switch will turn it on even during a power failure! Well worth the cost, which was less than I expected.

They were great. Came out, inspected the flue and determined it was not broken at all. Just a kotter pin was missing from the lever. He showed me how to put it back in place. Didn't charge me anything! So incredibly nice & honest. I highly recommend!!

I was worried a chimney repair was going to be WAY expensive. The guy arrived, took care of the issue, and 'didn't blow me any smoke'. I guess what I mean is that I didn't get the feeling he was trying to up-sell me anything. Thank you for that. Got what needed to be done, done, and without any problems. I will be a repeat customer.

They originally scheduled me three weeks out, but later called to come a week earlier. Shane called when he was on his way, was on time and did a great job inspecting and cleaning my fireplace chimney as well as my dryer vent. He left my home as he found it and was very informative about what needed to be done in the future. My only complaint is that The Chimney Care Co. is a bit on the pricey side for their services, but I will use them again!

They gave a 4 hour window for coming to the home and called at the end of the time to say they were not coming rescheduled We waiting over 7 hours between the appointments We're told there was a range of pricing for the cleaning but then they said there was not ..... They gave us a $10 discount for our inconvenience but their pricing was too high will not use again

They did an excellent job cleaning the chimney and fireplace.
