Great experience start to finish. The sales representative/inspector, Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dennis, the Service Manager answered all of my before-hand questions. Brandon and his crew did an awesome job. Brandon thoroughly explained everything that was being done, answered all questions and left everything clean.

Description of Work: Nothing - the rep contacted me late the night before and said we didn't have a problem - wasn't worth coming out. It was late didn't want to argue with him but the experience was less than satisfactory. We asked to have our purchase re-imbursed. They did follow up and were concerned but we decided to seek another company.

Description of Work: Unfortunately, the service was postponed twice after signing the contract so we declined and found someone local. The customer service rep was wonderful but we lost confidence in their ability to get the job done as promised on the date promised.

Description of Work: Water proofed the entire front part of our basement. inside and outside. they did everything they said they would, worked quickly, as quietly as possible. put up plastic barriers and cardboard to control dust and dirt. the house was as clean when they left as it was when they first showed up. The workmen were polite and very respectful of our house and our time. Would use them again for sure!

Description of Work: We had J&D Basement Systems seal several cracks in our basement walls and crawl space in 2009. There were no further leaks at those locations. Recently, we experienced a bad leak in a different location in our crawl space. I called J&D and they sent a salesman. He took a quick look and told me that the problem could be resolved with some cement as well as putting more dirt beneath our deck, to prevent rain from flowing into the crawl space. I went to Home Depot and spent all of $14 for dirt and a container of repair cement. I truly appreciate the honesty and helpful suggestions - all at no charge!
