We received 3 bids and liked Todd by far the best. He is very Charismatic and put both myself and my husband at ease during the planning phase. After we signed an agreement with him - and paid 50% deposit-- he was no where to be found. He told us to give him 2-3 weeks to build the shelving in his workshop. After 3 weeks, I called to check in and he said he needed a week to 10 more days. That put us at May 21. I asked if we can confirm that date so I could be sure to have someone at the house. He agreed. The evening before he emailed and said that his father-in-law had a serious medical emergency and he needed to go out of town. Of course we told him that was fine and to take the time he needed. He assured us he would be over Wednesday. I called several times Tuesday to make sure his Father-in-law was better and that he was still on for Wednesday and to confirm a time. He didn't respond until 5:15 that night, just hours before the project was to start. After we had already boxed up our current office, taken apart the room and scheduled a family member to be at the house. He emailed and said he would not be able to perform the job to our expectations and would no longer be doing the work. Needless to say, we were panicked to get our deposit back. I will say to his credit, he did return our deposit, but held our money for over 5 weeks and put us back at square one with the project. Very disappointing - Stay Away!!

We were generally pleased with Todd's work. We had several estimates done, but his was the most thoughtful, and he even suggested an improvement he could make, in addition to repairing the storm damage. We began to lose heart and think that we would need another provider when we could not get any response from Todd for several months, even though we has told him that we wanted him to the work. He did not respond to several e-mails and several phone messages. Finally I reached him on his cell phone, and he said that he still wanted to do the work. He came out several weeks later and did almost everything. We did have to ask him to come back to finish up a few details, but he readily did this. I think we had a few glitches in the communication, for example, his telling us that the post caps would be the same Trex material and the same brown color as the deck, but they were metal and silver colored when he put them on. The fact that about 6 months passed between the estimate and the work may have contributed to this.

I hired them to do a bigger job. I found this company through my plumber. The entire job took a long time. The sub-contractor that they used for drywall left a big mess. They had to come back and repair our shower area, that they paid for. The work that they did well, they did great. But the things that were bad, stuck out.

They came out last Feb. and gave an estimate and then we never heard from them again. We were quit surprised that we never heard from them again because, they were so nice and professional.

Todd seemed very professional initially when he came out for the estimate - we were really excited about him but then it took him much longer than stated to provide the estimate and after we agreed to have the work done he has not called back or returned our e-mails. We were very disappointed and now have to try to find someone new.

Todd Williams is the owner. He is a skilled craftsman, a great builder. Really listen to what we wanted and cleaned up for us. It was the first time that he had ever done a job like this and he did a great job.

Excellent! The work they did was great, however I have been trying to reach them for some other small jobs and I have been unable to get them to call me back. I want to hire them; they are that good! I just can't get back in touch with them!

I spoke to Todd over the phone and described potential projects including kitchen and bath remodel, patio construction, lower level updates (e.g., cabinets, countertops), stonework around fireplace, built-in shelves in great room and interior painting. Todd quickly scheduled a time to meet, was on time and presented himself in a highly professional and engaging manner. He offered great suggestions and assured us that he had the experience to complete even the largest jobs. He stated that our first project (the backyard patio, retaining wall, etc.) could realistically be started in 3 weeks. Todd talked about how he relies on his reputation and word of mouth referrals. He said he was excited about the projects and would get back to us with a bid within a few days. After 2 weeks, I emailed asking if he had come up with any numbers. No response. A few days later I called and left a message asking if he was still interested in bidding the projects. No response.

Todd communicates by email and phone and is very responsive, following up on all communications almost immediately. He and his crew were very professional, friendly, cooperative and very hard workers. All unexpected issues they found were brought to our attention with proposals for solutions with an eye to quality and cost, which helped to expedite the work. Every step of the way, Todd was watching our budget with an eagle eye. This crew can do almost everything you want done and so far there is nothing they won't tackle. The work was done extremely well and we are very satisfied with them. We intend to keep them busy!

Todd showed up surveyed our water damage and scheduled time and date to fix everything. They replaced the ceiling tiles, lighting, vanity, toilet, kitchen sink, repaired our subfloor by the front door, and re-adjusted our laundry room door, which would not close properly. The team was friendly, knew what they were doing, and when they ran into a roadblock, made adjustments to complete the work.

Todd was a joy to work with and did not mind altering the plan when I requested extra stairs to reach a bird feeder. His crew was pleasant and it was evident that they enjoyed working together. T and T gave us quality workmanship, and the best price out of several companies we interviewed. T and T met the deadline of having the deck finished for our 4th of July party. Todd set up a tent worked through rain and late into the night on July 3rd in order to complete the deck. He came back on the 4th for another inspection before the party. His attention to detail was deeply appreciated. We highly recommend T and T to any one who wises to use their services for repair, maintenance or remodeling. We have submitted pictures of the finished deck.

Several of my neighbors told me about Todd, so I called and he came to the house to talk about my projects, discuss my budget, and get to know about my preferences in materials, colors, etc. He had infinite patience with me and gave many suggestions that were exactly what I wanted. He is very skillful, precise, and knowledgeable as well as personable, exacting, neat, and patient. In my opinion, he is a very talented, skillful worker who can do any remodeling job.

Several neighbors recommended T and T Building to me for some remodeling projects. I called Todd, and he responded by a phone call, a visit to the house, a verbal and later a written contract. He recommended that I look at composite materials for the deck. I did and chose the color and brand of decking materials, he ordered and delivered them, and then, when the weather permitted, he tore out the old decking and replaced it with the new materials. I am very happy both with the materials he recommended and with his work.
