+ -1 moreAmazingly well. We had been using the company that installed the system, but they could never quite manage to get everything fixed and working properly. Surroundings showed up and were able to quickly identify the issues and repair them. The system now works appropriately for the first time in over 5 years! Additionally they pointed out areas that were not being adequately served and were able to get those covered as well as well as installing a rain sensor that will save water.

+ -1 moreThe service guy showed up on time on the day he said, and gave an estimate for the hours required. At $60 an hour they're not cheap, but for a small, non biddable job their rate is OK. The guy was not the fastest worker (it was really hot) but he was VERY thorough. I'd recommend them.
Description of Work: Replaced three valves, located wiring problem which prevented some sprinklers from working, moved a sprinkler head.

+ -1 moreAn excellent job at a very competitive price. The crew showed up earlier than promised (very nice) and completed the job in only two days. The holly bushes are better than expected.
Description of Work: Spring clean up, prune, edge and mulch. Cut a fresh bed edge on all planting beds, minor hand pruning on various shrubs throughout the landscape, mulch with dark hardwood mulch, treat beds with pre-emergent herbicide. Replace two hemlock with two 5-foot American holly.

The crew spent a lot of extra time to make sure things were right, then reinstalled the turf around the valve box to restore the appearance of the lawn as best as they could. A lot of attention to detail, we are very happy with them and have invited them to bid on other landscaping design and installation work.
Description of Work: Serviced our irrigation system, completely rebuilding an entire valve box, including three valves, and all the fittings. They made sure the system didn't leak and functioned as designed. They also replaced valves in three other zones not controlled by the new valve box.
