We were very sorry that Simply Organized Cleaning Services (“SOCS”) was unable to meet [member name removed]'s expectations. We strive to “Achieve Cleaning Excellence” and we do not want any client to be dissatisfied. We are proud of the work we perform for our clients and we believe we are effective with such a high customer satisfaction/retention rate. Our relationship with the [member name removed] did indeed get off to a rocky start and, for that, we are truly sorry. After our initial clean did not meet [member name removed]' expectations, we made certain to correct the situation the very same day she notified us. Unfortunately, we fear we were just never able to overcome our initial misstep in our relationship, because SOCS only provided a total of three monthly cleans for the [member name removed] (Dec. 2013, Jan. & Feb. 2014). We wish [member name removed] would have conveyed her lack of satisfaction to us months ago as we are unable to resolve issues if we are not aware of them. The conversations she had with our Cleaning Technicians actually gave us the impression that she was happy with our service. When [member name removed] formally “paused” her service back in April, she indicated it was due to scheduling and personal conflicts. This made sense to us, because she had already rescheduled or canceled two of her three prior monthly cleans due to personal conflicts. She said she would follow up with us when things settled down. There was no opportunity for us to deal with any discontent since she said absolutely nothing of her concerns. In fact, we were not aware of any issues until [member name removed] posted this review on Angie’s List some four months after we last cleaned for her. This took us totally by surprise. Our phone calls to [member name removed] to explore the issues have gone unreturned. We invite all of our clients to provide feedback to us (positive or negative) on a regular basis. This is how we improve our service, our employees, and our business. We strive to create relationships with our clients and communication is vital to creating successful ones.
