+ -1 moreGuy's a no-shpw. Had a service call scheduled between 9 - 10 for over a week. By the time 10;30 arrives - no call, no show - I call him. I ask if I should expect his arrival. "Oh, my truck is in the shop." No apology, no attempt to reschedule. I tell him to cancel the service request. He just says "fine. Totally unprofessional.
