+ -1 moreAfter a few missed connections on establishing a meeting time, Casey and crew did an outstanding job cleaning a large roof on a ranch home. I shopped several vendors before easily agreeing to Casey's very competitive quote (others wanted 2x to 3x more - near the price of replacing the roof itself!). They were mindful of house siding and shrubs and did a great job. Very highly recommended, will use again.

+ -1 moreIt went as promised, Casey and his crew were prompt, completed the job in about a week including a few days for the product to work, and cleaned up afterwards.
Description of Work: Completely cleaned our cedar shake roof which hadn't been serviced for at least 8 years. It had a substantial amount of growth on it and now it's back to a golden brown and beautiful.

+ 0 moreIt's a three step process. They did the final step in October. They put something on it and let it sit for a couple of weeks and washed it off. They used chemicals that didn't do any damage. I thought it was high for the amount of time that they were here. They do what they say they will.
Description of Work: Roof Restore did our white roof that had mold on it. Then they came back and sprayed a sealant on it. They did our roof, gutters, and down spouts. They also did the awnings, and vinyl siding.

+ -1 moreCasey responded to my request for a quote within a day. We met at the two story house and he detailed their process and provided a written quote. I liked the non-bleach approach that Roof Restore uses. It's a locally produced product called Roof Reviver. Since I was in no hurry, we agreed that he would work this house into his schedule in the next few weeks. They called and arrived within that timeframe and completed the job in just 3 hours. After they applied the solution, they used a pressure washer on a low-pressure setting and special wand tip. Everything went as expected. The algae discoloration is gone and the roof looks clean. No landscaping or grass was harmed, nor were the newly painted shutters discolored. Casey and his assistant were polite, energetic and knowledgeable and their operation is professional.
Description of Work: Roof Restore treated and low-pressure washed the north facing roof slopes of my mother's house.

Casey was very thorough and prompt and kept me up to date as they proceeded. They did a great job and were very good about cleaning up as well. The product they used to clean the roof appeared to be safer particularly for plants and they went beyond what I asked them to do. They also did some extra work.

+ -1 moreOnce they started, Roof Restore stayed with our property until the had finished the job completely. This was a very big job, and assurances they would do this were very meaningful. Casey was as good as his word regarding the appearance of the back sides of the buildings that were in such bad shape, which very much pleased the homeowners. When we finally got enough rainfall, the remainder of the buildings, including all of the front sides, were restored to their original color. I was highly satisfied with this service, and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof cleaning. It makes a tremendous difference in the appearance of a house (or in our case, many houses and buildings).
Description of Work: Roof Restore was the most reasonable bid on a project encompassing the cleaning of 9 residential buildings at our homeowners association with a total of 29 homeowner units, plus cleaning of our pool building. The back sides of four of the buildings significantly stained with both mold and lichens, and the other buildings had varying degrees of black mold. The front sides had been cleaned by a different contractor about three years prior to this cleaning, and some new mold was beginning to appear on a few of the buildings. The reasonable bid was one of the two prime factors I used to select them for this service. The other two factors were the safe and non-toxic solution they use in the cleaning process, and their guarantee that the mold would be gone when they were finished. It is typical for roof cleaners to apply a solution and wait for a heavy rail to wash the mold away. Our original agreement called for Roof Restore to do only the back sides of all nine homeowner buildings plus the pool building, but Casey agreed to also do the front sides of all nine buildings for an additional $200 per building, which I thought was very reasonable. Here though, he was going to apply the solution and wait for rain to wash them clean. As it turned out, we were in a drought and it was about a month before we received significant rainfall. That is the primary reason I waited so long to write this review.

Description of Work: They arrived at 9AM and got right to work,Cleaned my roof- got all of the black mold off the shingles, cleaned the gutters- they look 100% better! No more nasty green gunk growing on them! They rinsed the cleaning solution off the house, so that looks great too. KC inspected the roof and advised me on a minor item. I was very pleased with the outcome of the work, it really looks great. I know 500.00 sounds like a lot of money, but I definately feel like I got my money's worth and more.

+ 1 moreContractor went the extra distance by caulking the spaces between the wood trim and the finished walls. The kitchen ceiling was finished completely flat, which I thought I would never see again after the upstairs bathroom had leaked through. They could have taken more care in covering kitchen appliances and countertops to avoid scratching. The price was great.
Description of Work: Contractor tore down 16x15 plaster wire lathe kitchen ceiling and replaced and finished with drywall. They also finished the uneven plaster walls in 16x14 dining room.
