+ -1 moreTHEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THIS WAS THE ONLY BID WE RECEIVED THAT DID NOT INSIST THAT THEY HAD TO RENT A LIFT (AT $1000/WK) TO REACH OUR ROOF LINE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED PROMPTLY, HIS CREW WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE RESULTS WERE EXCELLENT. WE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM WITH SOME PEELING AND BLISTERING PAINT ON THE PORCH SURFACE. WHEN WE CONTACTED RON ABOUT THIS, HE HAD A REP FROM THE PAINT COMPANY ONSITE WITHIN 24 HRS. AND THE PROBLEM WAS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY UPON DISCOVERING THE CAUSE. THE SOLUTION INVOLVED SANDING OFF THE NEW PAINT, APPLYING A DIFFERENT SEALER AND REPAINTING. THIS WAS ALL DONE VERY PROMPTLY AND AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Description of Work: WE HAVE A 120 YR OLD VICTORIAN WITH 2 LARGE PORCHES. ANSELMO PAINTING CAME OUT AND PAINTED ALL THE TRIM, THE WINDOWS AND BOTH OF THE PORCHES.
