I got educated on what to do and when, and they are doing a terrific job of getting my lawn in top shape already. All follow up questions are answered immediately, and resolved right away. I look forward to a long contract with this company. Cost listed if for a full year of service including aeration & seeding in the fall plus grub control. Who knew it takes so much to properly care for a lawn - they do!

Description of Work: I first hired Oasis last summer to help with weed control. I called there office and told them the concerns I had. They came out in 2 days told me the plan for my lawn and gave my lawn a treatment. Within a week my lawn was weed free and I still continue to use their service.

+ -1 moreTechnician arrived in a timely manor. Very courteous and professional. He walked the yard with my husband and was eager to answer questions in great detail. We had problems in the lawn we hadn't even noticed. He explained how he would treat these issues. My husband was overly impressed. He said to me "wow that guy knows his stuff. We noticed quite a change in dandelions within 3 days. We know that we are a work in progress. But we couldn't be in safer hands.
Description of Work: We love our yard to be compliment worthy. But the weeds were winning! We decided it was time for professional help. Have you ever gone to Home Advisor or Angies List for a referral for lawn care? Well sit down and hold on! The so called lawn "Pros", phone calls flooded in. Each company's call was basically the same. Rather than answer my logical questions about their services, the calls consisted of pushy sales people more concerned about getting your credit card number to put you on auto pay. And charging for services you really do not need. Then it happened! A call came in from: James with Oasis Turf & Tree. Questions were answered! The companies background, award winning history was explained in detail. And the professional, educated technicians they employ was the deal breaker for me. Then I learned the whys, whats & hows of what the tech would be doing to my lawn. At this point I felt like part of the "Oasis Family." No hard sell. Just a soft spoken, caring provider of what a consumer wants and needs to know. Money was discussed briefly & easily understood. Very reasonable for services provided. Oasis has become the most impressive company I have ever hired in any field. They are available almost any time, any day, to assist you with even the slightest question. They run Oasis Turf & Tree with an open door policy. No contracts, no unnecessary treatments. With the first treatment from Oasis, you are given a professional analysis of your lawns needs. + -1 moreOh, let me continue on with the story. I was going to let bygones be bygones and rehire Oasis, as the quality of the work is fine when they actually do the work. I was told today by the owner Angela, that they will not come back and do business with me. Seems people are punished for telling the truth about Oasis. This whole situation has soured me so much. For a company that preaches integrity, not even offering to refund me for work not provided, for not doing anything until I posted on Angie's List, you are a perfect example of why people should post their every interaction with every company. It would have saved me money and more importantly time, as I would never have dealt with Oasis if I knew this was how I would be treated. And yes, this review with go on any and every social site I find. Save yourself the time and effort and use another lawn care company. You will be glad you did as you will be punished for telling the truth. Oasis does not want to hear the truth about how a select few employees don't do their jobs and Oasis still expects full payment for work not provided. Awful experience!

+ -1 moreNot good. The cost was 20% higher than previous service. They hound you to pay the bill they leave on the door. (Which I don't always get) Most important, I have weeds and brown patches in my lawn that I've never had in my previous 28 years of lawn service. Organic is a nice thought but it seems like nothing was actually done. Cost is per application.

+ 0 moreWe've used them off and on for probably 10 or 15 years. It's about $130 or $135 an application. This spring, there was an application they did and it turned out that the chemical they used had an effect that they weren't expecting. They noticed it, they actually contacted us, came out and trimmed back some of the shrubs that it had damaged and have continued to monitor them. If the plants didn't do well, they were willing to replace them. But they seem to have come back. They contacted us and took responsibility for it.
Description of Work: They do fertilizing and that kind of stuff for the landscaping, the trees and the shrubs. They're also doing mosquito control.

They will notify me the day before that they are coming. They do come to the door when they come and they are very thorough and quick. What they are doing seem to work for my yard. They sometimes miss a few spots. I think if they were a little bit more thorough in some of the areas of my yard.
