They have been great. They show up on time and they beat the old lawn service we had. We had complaint after complaint but this company is just great. I would recommend them.

They came the day after I talked to them. They got back with me through the phone and internet. They were very courteous when I was dealing with them.

Although "local" they have degreed experts that adjust their programs based on yearly OSU guidance and current conditions. For example, they changed my tree treatment at the time of application because it was designed for "pre-leaf" use and buds had started opening so they automatically switched to what would be best at that point.

So far, so good. The day after we requested they come out to talk to us, James was here on site. Having grown up in an old school landscaping family, I knew what to look for and "tested" his knowledge. I was very impressed that he knew what he was doing, understood plant material as well as lawn maintenance and was truly interested in what he was doing. (This was a far cry from the "burn outs' we've had with the big lawn maintenance companies who knew absolutely nothing and couldn't have cared less.) He said all of their technicians are graduates of horticultural or other landscape programs which does kick it up a notch in their attentiveness to what they are doing. They also are using more expensive materials and chemicals which we feel makes a great deal of difference. They are small, but extremely personable and seem very capable. We'll see how it goes for the rest of the year.

They are friendly and professional. The owner came and talked to me about my yard and talked to me about different plans for my yard. I will continue with them.

Oasis was very quick to respond to my request and provided excellent service. They treated to yard to kill existing weeds/grass, and re-seeded. I was not verbally informed of the watering needs at the time, but was given written instructions which I failed to notice. I discussed this with Oasis when I realized I had missed my instructions, and they were very quick to react and make sure the work that had been done was still OK. Although the yard still has a way to go, I believe it will look much better next year and am confident Oasis will stand behind their work 100% as they have to this point.

Excellent personnel to explain in full all of the services. They go over the precautions to take after applications. Easily reached and heed comments/problem areas. Very educated personnel on lawn, tree, and shrub maintenance and health. They are reliable and service as promised.

The company calls ahead each time prior to each lawn treatment. No hidden costs or services done without prior approval. A discount is available if you prepay for total annual treatments up front.

WHEN I CHECKED ON IT, I FELT I GOT VERY LITTLE VALUE FOR MY MONEY.

THEY DO GOOD WORK. THEY'RE VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HOW THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.
