Yard continued to have weeds. Company very willing to reapply weed killer though. Company professional & responsive, but expensive.

They always called before they came. One time a spreader left fertilizer on my walk and patio, and when I called about it, they made sure it never happened again. Very responsive.

The results from Oasis were better than the other company we used but believe their pricing is really high.

Lawn improved a little, but did not have dark green color. For additional cost, they fertilized shrubs and trees. I could not tell that this application was done. This year I was quoted over $800 for 6 applications from Oaisis. They performed the first application in 2015. Then I canceled and signed up for Scott's. Scott's charges $50 for each application.

For several years, my lawn looked OK, not perfect but adequate. This spring it looks horrible. Weeds are everwhere. I called and was told "its your neighbor's yard that is causing this". Immediately, they went to an excuse, rather than actually coming out and taking a look at what is going on. Even if it is my neighbor (which I don't see them having this problem), the years of treatment which they have done, in my opinion, aught to prevent this issue. After several days, still no one has to answer my questions or inspect the lawn. After calling again the office person said they haven't come to spray because of the rain. If they are idle, why is no one following up on my concerns? They are anxious to call, as others have said, to sell you more services. I have had it and I fired them and will go with someone else.

My yard was looking pretty bad when I bought the house. There were a lot of weeds and nutgrass and very little grass. My yard is now looking great. No weeds or nutgrass. Nut grass is hard to eliminate as I had nutgrass at my old house but couldn't get rid of it even though I had another service provider who tried for several yrs. I have an annual plan where Oasis comes out several times during the year and spread chemicals according to what's needed. I had my driveway replaced about 18 months ago and the yard was pretty well torn up. But Oasis has been working to get this fixed and its coming along nicely. Have been happy with Oasis. Have a contract which I pay in advance which provides a little discount from pay as you go.

They are good. I would recommend them. We use them every year. They come out a couple times during the year to treat the yard.

The cost was a little more than $80, but I got some discount because I prepaid so I ended up paying $80. He is nice. He was able to get the work done immediately. I tell a friend to prepay for the discount and when you call their phone number, someone always picks up immediately. I would recommend them. They are responsible. It is more just about actually doing what they say they are going to do. I never had any problems. We used them last year and it cleared up our grass. I think they must have like a call center so somebody always picks up and helps you.

We had a new lawn with more weeds than grass. We started using them to help build the lawn. Huge difference once they treated the weeds and fertilized. We did not see as much of a difference after the aeration and reseed. They are reliable, professional and complete the services on schedule. My only complaint is that their equipment is a large, riding spreader so they miss the small strips of lawn by the driveway, sidewalks and fence, that could be treated with a manual spreader.

I started using them after a phone solicitation. Unfortunately, it didn't go so well because the lawn has never looked so bad, and there are weeds and brown spots everywhere. Furthermore, they also assured me that they use eco-friendly treatments when, in reality, they don't. This was a concern for me since there is a colony of feral cats that lives near my property.

They did an excellent job for the past two years and the grass looks great. After a very disappointing issue with another company Oasis came in and did a great job getting grass to grow on an area without grass previously.. With this latest service there was an misunderstanding over the price. I was quoted a price over the phone and when the bill came it was more than twice what I was quoted.. However they manager called and I was only charged the original price quoted to me. They not only do a terrific job with our lawn they also have outstanding customer service. I have tried many different lawn services over the years but this time I have a service that I will be with for a long time. Thank you Oasis.

They always work h****** our lawn. However, every time they call to check on us, they try to sell us another service.

This was the fourth treatment of our lawn since April 5. At first I was disappointed by the lawn's anemic appearance. It wasn't a bright green color and there were dandlions and other weeds. However after weed killer was sprayed over the entire yard in July, the weeds diminished. The company owner offered to have a technician come again at no charge if the weeds came back after two weeks. This was not necessary. As of September, our grass is now thicker and has a much greener and healthier appearance. We plan to have the yard aerated and the bare spots seeded in the fall to improve the appearance even more.

They were excellent and they were more than willing to return to follow up with me to see if I were completely satisfied.

Last year I wasn't really happy with them but this year our lawn looks great. The guy is easy to work with. He is very professional and if I have a problem I just call him and he comes back out to take care of the problem. Their price is competitive.

This is our first year with Oasis and have had 4 services. The lawn looks good .

They did a great job. No complaints. They came and my lawn looked great all year.

Responsive team and lawn looked great

My yard looks nice and green, it's uniform, got the same kind of grass, and I don't have any weed in the grass because they come out and treat it. They are a little bit pricy.

We use them all year. We pay them annualy. They are usually happy to address problems. They do not always stick to the schedule. They call before they come.

The lawn is full of weeds. Since the treatment we have received multiple calls per day to pay the bill. The harassment from them to pay the bill even when it is not overdue is ridiculous and has caused us to cancel all future service with them.

It went very well, they did what they said and I am pleased with their work..

We just absolutely love them! They're the best! Our grass has never been better, and they're just really nice. They come on a regular basis.

They aerated and planted seed in the fall of 2012. They guarantee their work so when the back yard did not do well in the spring, they returned and did it again at no additional cost. It is not an easy yard since there are many trees. At this point (6/2013), the front yard looks good and the back has begun to fill in. The telling factor will be how things look in August. They also do regular treatments, are professional and show up when they say they will. They are a bit pricey, but if the yard continues to look as it does, it will be worth it.
