Loveland Roofing

Loveland Roofing recently completed a total roof replacement (tear off, repair, and roof replacement) for our 90+ year old house. With multiple peaks, steeply-pitched roofs, and a tricky gutter system to work with, this was not an easy task. They did a great job! His team leaders and staff were hard-working, professional and polite. They also protected our landscaping well and did a thorough clean-up including using a high-powered magnet to detect any loose nails. Additionally, Tim gave a very detailed and reasonably price quote making it an easy choice. I highly recommend Loveland Roofing.

It never happened. I called a couple of times before someone came out and gave me a ballpark quote a few weeks ago. They seemed knowledgeable and competent and said they would be out in a few days to fix my gutter and visually inspect a portion of my roof. They never showed up so I called them back and haven't heard from them since. Unfortunately, I ended up paying another company twice as much as their quote was. Note - Mine was a small job and I assumed they were busy but a courtesy call would have been appreciated.

Quite well. The crew came as scheduled and went right to work. No messing around. It was extremely hot that day and the only breaks the crew took was lunch. End result was a great looking roof for a great price. After they were done the clean up was incredible. Clean as when they arrived.

Loveland Roofing put a new roof and gutters on my house in early 2016. Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, and I ended up with a top-quality roof at a price that beat all of the other quotes I got. Three years on and I've had no issues. Highly recommended.

Tim made himself available to inspect my roof right away. He was prompt and responsive to all communication. He provided a free estimate, although I didn’t end up needing any work done. He was very thorough and provided all documentation I needed to provide post-inspection. Would hire again!

It has gone really well in that Loveland Roofing made several trips to my house for repairs and eventually solved the water leak … great job.

Beware! Loveland Roofing is just a general contractor. They hire foreign workers to do all of the work! They used a tube of caulk to "repair" the leak when flashing was required.

Went well. Unfortunately, all of the decking had to be replaced on the roof since it was 48+ years old and had lots of damage so the cost was higher than the estimate. Not sure if that was the "best price" but it had to be done. Otherwise, the crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Wow. They were on time and got the job done in one day (I have a big roof), and they were polite and courteous and cleaned up when they were finished. Totally amazed! It's great to do business with someone who does what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Would highly recommend them!!!

The crew came out within 1-2 weeks and removed and replaced the roof in one day. Removed all existing roofing and flashing membranes to the plywood deck surface and replaced with 23 squares of Owens Corning Dimensional shingles. The new roof looks great. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and clean up. I found a little debris left behind, but not much.

Everything was on-time, at a reasonable price and work was done as expected.

They did not contact me until 2 weeks after the purchase of the appointment. I called them and was told that they would be out the following Thursday. They sent a technician back out who took a look at my issue and said they would send another person out to fix it the next day. They were very friendly, but I called continually and was always told that they would schedule me...yet they never managed to show up.

I was contacted by Tim (owner) by email ~10 days after purchasing the deal, to set up inspection. His initial email stated that I did not need to be there for the inspection, which worked well for me since I don't live or work close to the property to be serviced. After numerous emails checking on status and waiting weeks to even hear back (with no response at all to some inquiries), I realized that this is not a company I wanted to do business with. On the 3 month anniversary of purchasing the inspection deal, after absolutely nothing happening during that entire time, I ended up having to request a refund from Angie's List.

First email contact was responded to promptly. Follow-up emails were all ignored (at least 3). Went with another roofer who was responsive and did the job.

This was a big deal purchase. I okayed the work and told them anytime they could fit it in the schedule and they could invoice me when the work is finished. I don't know if the work was done yet since it is on top of the roof. I did not receive an invoice yet. But all is well. They sent me a report and recommended some work that I okayed. So that was that. They were very nice and sent me an email saying what they had found. It was one of those nice things from Loveland Roofing. It was not a major roofing appointment.

Tim was very prompt. He was extremely courteous and did a thorough inspection of my roof. He took care of the shingles that had popped up, and informed me that I had an issue with the bricks on my chimney. He said he could provide me with a number for someone who does chimney work, which I truly appreciated. He was very thorough with his inspection, and his explanation of the condition of my roof. I would highly recommend.

We saw damaged to our roof. There were 3 companies that came out to evaluate and bid on the roof replacement. Insurance adjuster agreed the roof needed to be replaced. Loveland roofing was fast, efficient and helpful with the insurance process. They gave us options for shingles type and color. Options on dates to complete the work and outlined the pricing and details in a very easy to understand format. Based on weather they adjusted schedules by a day or two and then completed the work in less than two days. They were on time, clean, and friendly while on the job site. No old shingles or nails were left behind. They came back a couple of days later to make sure we were happy with the job. Overall, a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend this company.

All work performed as contracted on schedule. Great results, setup and cleanup with no issues at all. Very professional all they way thru the process. Owner was present when insurance company did estimate and during installation.

Fast and professional even though I was not available during the whole process.
